Sam's Place and Andy's Place are two beautifully furnished apartments situated in the pretty harbour town of St Ives in Cornwall. This listing is for Andy's place.
Each apartment has stunning views from the lounge windows, overlooking the town and out towards Godrevy lighthouse and the Atlantic Ocean.
Just 5 minutes walk from the apartments and you're in the heart of the bustling town, the beaches and the Tate Gallery and Barbara Hepworth museum.

St Ives is a pretty bustling harbour town, well known for it's famous artistic community.
The town is surrounded on all sides by four stunning beaches and the sunny fishing harbour.
Well known for it's galleries, St Ives also boasts many good restaurants, bars and shops.
There is plenty to keep you busy for your entire holiday in St Ives, but it is also well placed for access to miles of gorgeous coastal walks all around Cornwall, visitors' attractions such as the Eden project, many beautiful gardens and numerous glorious Cornish beaches.
Our apartments are located just outside of the main town centre, and in a rquiet, residential part of St Ives. This tranquil position is ideal if you wish to relax after a full day out on the beach, whilst still being just 5 minutes walk away from the hustle and bustle of the town centre and its bars and restaurants. However please understand that this means our flats are not suitable for groups of late night revellers. We ask that no loud music be played after 10pm - thank you

What Past Guests Are Saying
We stayed in andy's place in June 12 half term, it was a really lovely apartment with two beautiful bedrooms. It had a lovely outside space and the play station went down really well with the kids. views from the bay windows in the lounge were amazing and the apartment had great facilities - washing machine, good size kitchen and dining table.
The location was ideal just a 5 minute walk down the hill into St Ives.
The owners Clare and Neil were really friendly and helpful as were the neighbours, we couldn't have asked for more.

The best view in St Ives!
Clare and Neil gave us a really warm welcome and advised us enthusiastically about where to go and what to see in and around the area.
The flat itself was airy, spotless, well-equipped and had a contemporary but cosy feel. Its position within 10 minutes walk of the town centre and two lovely beaches meant that we could do everything on foot, although a train journey along the coast was a highlight too. Parking space is limited but we did not miss having a car once.
The highlights were many ... live music in the pub, good restaurants (Clare and Neil advised us well), walking, mountain-biking, water sports
and a fishing trip. However, glass of wine in hand, the stunning view from the bay window overlooking St Ives Harbour, melted away all worries about work and we would return just for that.

Andy's Place is all as described and a bit more . Accommodation is just right and as for the location and views , just brilliant. Clare and Neal are great hosts , if that's how you would describe them. Very helpful and nothing seemed to be too much trouble . If you want a self catering spot in St Ives then I don't think that you can do better

The perfect St Ives holiday apartment
I can't praise 'Andy's Place' and owners Clare and Neil highly enough. We first visited in 2008 and instantly fell in love - with the property and the hosts! 'Andy's Place' offers fantastic value for money in an otherwise expensive location. The property is perfection - beautiful decor throughout, sumptuous furniture, well placed art, great storage space, modern kitchen with every possible amenity, fabulous views from the lounge, open fire, selection of books and music, close to all amenities and beaches...I could go on.
We are a family of three and our son was three years old on his first visit. He loves St Ives and particularly loves his bedroom! It's been great fun watching the bunk bed being hired further off the ground on each visit to meet his needs.
We have already booked to visit this year and it really feels like a home from home.
Clare & Neil could not be kinder. They don't invade your space but are always a phone call away to help with any support. The offer of free wet suits and a trip to the pub last year was the icing on the cake.
Book now before everyone catches on to this place. For now, it's our secret!
Stay at andy's Place
We have stayed at andy's place twice now and have found it to be relaxing, comfortable and good value for money. The owners were so accomodating and helped make our stay one to remember. This lovely apartment is very suitable for a small family and being just out of town is an advantage because you get great views across the harbour and are slightly further away from the hubbub of the town. It comes highly recommended!
