Surf Break is located in a quiet street overlooking St Ives. It has private off street parking and is a short walk down hill to the town centre.
How to get there by car-Take the M5 to Exeter, the A30 to St Erth and then the A3074 to St Ives. Driving into and around St Ives can be a challenge in the high season, so the following directions will help you out. The A3074 will bring you into St Ives along Trelyon Avenue. Turn left at the mini roundabout into Albert Road. Follow Albert Road and then turn left to the top of Porthminster Terrace, turn left again and after a short distance turn right into Bishops Road. Surf Break can then be found a few yards down on your left.
How to get there by train-The nearest mainline station is at St Erth, but book your ticket to St Ives so that it is valid for the connecting service. Check that your train stops at St Erth because some go straight on to Penzance, another ten minutes down the line, and you will have to double back on the train or take a bus or taxi.
How to get there by bus-National Express run regular coaches to St Ives dropping off at the bus station on the Malakoff

The flat has stunning views and is within easy walking distance of the town and the leisure centre is only a short stroll away .It is very well equipped ,attractively furnished and very comfortable. There is parking on-site . It is very well maintained and impeccably clean . The owner could not be more helpful.

The apartment is in a good location, approx 10 minutes walk into town or to Porthminster beach, which is a beautiful sandy beach, ideal for children. The Leisure Centre is only a couple of minutes walk away - a handy place to spend some time on a wet afternoon! There is plenty to do in the town, lovely shops, art galleries, restaurants and beaches - something for everyone. The apartment has a great view of the bay and has a major advantage of having it's own car parking space. It is very clean and well furnished and was good value for money. This was our 5th stay at Surf Break and we will certainly be returning again in the future.

This flat provides fantastic value. It is in a very good location with parking - which is a huge advantage in St Ives. The flat itself was spotless and everything was in very good condition. The service from the owner was excellent.
We have stayed in this flat twice and it is the best of the several flats and houses in St Ives we have stayed in. -

Excellent location with the added benefit of a car parking space which is rare in St Ives.
Clean and tidy throughout with everything you need for a surf break including outside patio and somewhere to dry the wetsuits.
Have stayed twice and will be returning.
Enjoy the view.
