Located within the affluent area of Sunset Ridge,St.James is Villa Lapaz. Enchanting 4 bedroom Spanish style villa enclosed on 25,000 sq ft of manicured tropical gardens. The property features a relaxed open plan layout, which is arranged around the inviting swimming pool.
Great for entertaining or just enjoying the Caribbean sun.
There are two master bedroom suites, all four bedrooms have ceiling fans and airconditiong
Lapaz is senior, child and handicap friendly.

I wanted to celebrate my birthday in style and this villa made it as such. The first thing I noticed was that the villa looks exactly like the pictures, so there were no unexpected surprises. All the extras that you want and need... but if you want the ultimate vacation add in a housekeeper and cook...now that's heaven. The villa is walking distance from in town, which is good exercise and you get a chance to mingle and meet the Barbadians and other travelers. Getting transportation is convenient and easy to go on a tour or go to different parts of the island. Next a girlfriends getaway...here.

There were nine ladies in the house at one time and we were not crowded at all. The home was very lovely. We had great service. Everything we were told about the house was completely true and more. The staff took care of our every need. The house is close to markets, shops and the beach. There was nothing that I disliked about the house and I do plan to stay there again. The weather was beautiful every day.

My stay at this villa was wonderful. The home itself is very well-kept with a design for entertaining or just lounging by the pool.
The villa is located a short walk to downtown St. James where there is plenty of entertainment, shopping and sports activities.
