'La Gentiane 1 + 2 has a magnificent view on Saint Jean d'Aulps. It has in total 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms

for up to 14 pers. plus 2 babies / toddlers.

This luxury chalet in France (over 200 m2) offers up to 14 people plus 2 babies / toddlers. All are grouped in five spacious bedrooms with 2 bathrooms with shower and toilet, and 2 bathrooms with a bathtub.

The chalet is ideal to be occupied by two families travelling together. La Gentiane 1 (below) is suitable for 6 people. La Gentiane 2 (Floor 1 & 2) is suitable for 8 people. Each apartment has its own kitchen, living / dining room and 2 bathrooms.

The chalet 'La Ge...ntiane' is located on a quiet dead end road of 'Mont d 'Evian' only 4 minutes away from the village of Saint Jean d'Aulps. Shops and restaurants are within 4 minutes drive. A large supermarket (Carrefour) is 6 minutes drive towards Montriond.

Lay-out La Gentiane 1+2: the chalet consists of 3 floors without the carport and has an area of over 210m2. La Gentiane 1: The lower floor has a large hall which gives access to two bedrooms. There are two bathrooms. There is a spacious sitting room of about 30m2 with kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped. In the living room a dining table with six chairs, a leather sofa (2 1/2 sits) and 2 armchairs. There is an LCD TV (with satellite) with DVD player and a free WiFi.

La Gentiane 2: There is a spacious living room of approx 40 m2. The kitchen is also fully equipped. In the living room a dining table with 8 chairs, a large leather corner sofa and 2 armchairs. Deposit: 400 euros

If the chalet is available two weeks in advance, please contact us for a special last-minute price.
Prices are also including energy and water.

Arrivals and departures

The house is available from 16.00 hours on the day the rental period begins and the house must be left before 10:00 on the last day of the rental period. In the intervening hours we have time for cleaning. Saturday is the day of arrival and departure. In consultation are sometimes exceptions to this schedule possible.

Mountain Property Management looks after our chalet. They will assess the house at departure and will take care for cleaning. Any additional services you can also book by them, against a fee. In the house are the manuals of all equipment.
