Third winter at Sea Shores 3. Good place for any type of family. Dog friendly rental and beach. Love the huge deck and the beautiful sunsets. Forgotten Coast Realty Staff are wonderful people to work with. Dollar General Store just down the highway. Enjoy the restaurants from Mexico Beach to Port St. Joe (don't have to go to Panama City) Very laid back area. Love it.

We have rented other units from forgotten coast, and they are always so wonderful and easy to work with! This place was great, especially since we brought Buster, our 17 lb. dachshund. Bottom floor is completely tiled, so easy to sweep and cool on the feet! The huge deck looks out onto the dunes and the ocean is right there. Wonderful! Our family goes on vacations to spend time with each other and on the beach. We are not luxury seekers, just comfortable places to relax. We will definitely be back!! Thank you for a great vacation.

This is our 2nd winter at sea shore 3. Nice big deck. Great views and absolutely unbelievable sunsets. Very pleased that they allow dogs in this unit and that St. Joe Beach is dog friendly. Forgotten Coast is absolutely wonderful to work with. There is a Dollar General very close.

The place was just fine, but way overpriced.
The staff ignored two messages for an early check-in, so we had to slow down and pittle around for a few hours. -

The house was very nice, right on the beach. Right across the street from a gas station and dollar store. Beds were very comfortable and we really enjoyed ourselves!! Will be back

At Seashores 3 is an awesome condo. My family and I love this unit and have stayed here for the last three years. We definitely plan on staying here again next year. The place is super-clean, and located right between Mexico Beach and Port St. Joe. The beds were really comfy, the a/C kept the whole place nice and cool. The outdoor shower has hot & cold so you won't freeze trying to wash off from the beach. Absolutely amazing views from the extra large porch. Really, for the price, this place is simply amazing. We will be back next June.

In the first weekend of September, I took my mother, father, grandmother, grandfather, aunt, and cousin to Port St. Joe Beach Florida. I also brought along my dachshund (wiener dog). It was a quite townhouse that we staied in right on the beach, where dogs were also accepted on the beach. It was extremly clean and very beautiful on the inside with all the decor. My mother was looking for a quite place to relax and enjoy the ocean...which she absoultely loved. And the price was very resonable. So in short...if you are looking for a place that is a place that will sleep 8, right on the beach, and loves the sound of the ocean...this is the place to go!!! I would go there anytime and cant wait to go back!!!

Seashores 3 had everything you ask for at Port St Joe beach. The beach is right out the back door, the kitchen was fully stocked for cooking your catch or seafood from one of the local markets. Plenty of great restaurants within a few miles for those who do not wish to cook. A nice, clean, and spacious townhouse. I great place for friends, family, and the dogs (being in Gulf county).

We stayed in at Seashores 3 with 7 people (toddler included). There was plenty of room for all of us in the house. The deck is huge with plenty of room to sit and enjoy the view when you're not on the beach. The beach itself is pretty secluded, so you don't have to fight a crowd or rush to go set your stuff up in the morning. Service from forgotten coast realty was great and very accomodating. I would highly recommend this rental and we will more than likely be back next summer.

Accommodations were good. The condo was spacious (there was only 6 of us), had plenty of immenities. Was clean and we felt comfortable. Being right on the the beach - Great! Will definetly request the unit again.
