Dorris Beach House Two Palms is truly a beautifully decorated beach oasis. Located directly on the gulf with easy access to the white sand and blue waters via a boardwalk dune crossover. The ground floor patio has plenty of room to enjoy grilling and dining or relaxing in the shade. The ground floor entrance has plenty of room to store your beach toys. The 2nd floor is accessible from the ground floor stairway or exterior steps and has 2 bedrooms with queen beds and 2 full baths along with a large sitting room that all open up to an open air deck and great gulf front views. Two of us stayed at Dorris Beach House Two Palms for a week in late March 2013. It was an idyllic stay. The house is immaculate, the view from the upper story perfect and the beach pristine. Port St. Joe and its restaurants and shopping is a ten minute drive away. Be sure to try the wood fired pizza at Joe Mama's and take a fishing or eco tour or a sunset cruise from Captain Charlene Burke at Fun Charters in St. Joe Beach.

We decided on a house due to the price. For a little more than a hotel (spring break rates) you get more room, view, privacy, personal access to the beach and more! The staff was very nice. The house was clean with all the amenities stated. We loved our stay. We were there for an entire week and loved every minute of it. Bring extra towels! The common areas were on the 2-3 floors so if you have guests with trouble getting up and down lots of stairs it may be a problem but it truly is a great spot

We rented Two Palms the week before memorial day..the weather was great, the beach awesome, the house everything we expected. Highly recommended! Mexico beach is where adults should be going to in Florida...beach, food, that's it...but it's enough, prob not enough to do for kids or young folks..but middle age up..it's perfect!

We had a bonfire on the beach, so much fun!

This makes the 2nd time my family and I have stayed at this house. It is a great place to relax and take your mind off work. The kitchen and main living area is located on the third floor which makes for wonderful views of the gulf but at the same time makes for a lot of climbing up and down stairs. The only problem we encountered was with the internet which was only a problem for my wife and son, I couldn't have cared less. We called and FC sent a guy out but he was unable to fix the problem. Other than that, everything was wonderful.

Loved it. Didn't like carrying the luggage up two floors, but joy has its costs! :-)
Couldn't have asked for a better experience and nicer people! Will be back - available next year?
