AcquaBlu has all the luxuries of a villa but it feels like a home, because it was our home! It's 4800 square feet, with 7 porches and balconies, a 38' x 12' pool, a library, a state of the art kitchen, 4 uniquely themed bedrooms, gorgeous gardens, a separate media room with a pull-out bed, a laundry room and breakfast area, and a wine cellar stocked with the best Italian and French wines.
The villa is located in a quiet community called Boatman Point overlooking Hart Bay, Rendezvous Bay, St. Thomas, and the vast Caribbean Sea. We chose to build our house here because of the stunning views, the privacy, and the constant ocean breezes.

Spent a week with my husband, our son & daughter in law and my four grandchildren ranging in age from 7 - 14. It was a real treat, everything from the grand piano, which my three granddaughters play beautifully to the convenince of having a wine cellar. The owner was nearby and helpful when needed. Greeted us at the ferry dock and lead us to the spectacular villa. Rooms, views, relaxing sitting areas - everything was wonderful.

This was our first time coming to St John and we were really excited to see the island and to stay at this villa, based on the pictures and talking to the owner personally. We were not disappointed! Everything was so much better than even the pictures showed it to be. We all loved
our rooms and each thought we had the best one! We were a party of 8, with 4 kids and had so much room to explore and enjoy. The three oldest loved playing on the piano. There's something pretty incredible about playing on a grand piano while looking out on the ocean. We also loved having a pool at our villa. Anytime we were there during the day, the kids were in it!
The views of the ocean were amazing, with windows everywhere. The location was also great, we had fun exploring the island for a week, but we're always happy to be back at "home". The owner was great to work with too and so helpful and yet very respectful of our privacy. I would love to go back again and this villa would be my first choice again for sure!!! -

I had the pleasure of staying in acqua Blu in May 2012. Not only was the trip amazing, but I cannot imagine staying anywhere else on the island. The description of the villa exceeded my expectations!
The villa has every amenity of home and more! A gourmet kitchen with every appliance needed to prepare even the most elaborate meal, a library, a pool that is surrounded with the best views of the south shore in St. John. On a clear day I could even see the outline of St. Croix. I highly recommend acqua Blu! -

Can't thank you enough for helping us get over there and to the Villa so late at night. I know that was not something you had to do and we all are grateful for your help. The first morning there (Sun.) Tom and I awoke to the most beautiful view we have ever had at a home while staying there . All of my family found it breathtaking. As we explored acqua Blu we just fell totally in love with it and everything around it. Tom and I have been coming over for 7 to 10 days each year for 9 years now. It was however the first time for our children and grandchildren. Little Taylor and aaron , our grandbabies, I know they are not really babies at 10 yrs., but to us they will always be ...just absolutely lived in that pool when they couldn't be at the beach. I never thought of a pool being a "needed" thing until this time. They actually learned how to snorkel in one day in that pool before trying it out in the beautiful sea. We had family dinners at that enormous table almost every night. I always had the pleasure of wiping it down afterwards...have to tell you...I was tired by the time I made it all the way around ! I wish I could be cleaning it down tonight though. We all agreed that we have never slept as soundly as we did in the beds there. Ours was the St. Thomas room and it was wonderful. I hope we didn't leave it in too much of a mess for your housekeeper. We tried hard to do as much as we could to tidy things up before leaving, but honestly we didn't want to leave and let anyone else come in and take our place. The entire family has all agreed that if we get to come back together next summer...7 days is going to have to become 10 days !! This is an amazing Villa with plenty of room for 2 to 10 and everyone have all the privacy they need. Roads to Villa are all paved and concrete with enough parking to easily put 4 vehicles. The area is so safe and secure feeling that you never feel concerned. Short walk to a beach for limin' all day.
