We planned and saved for 3 years to take and treat 11 of our very close friends with us to a very special place on Earth and to celebrate milestone birthdays. The folks at Catered To were amazing to work with, so kudos to them! Villa Panache is beautiful, welcoming and quite comfortable. There were 13 of us gathered for a week in St. John. Some of the guests had never been to the island or ever seen the Caribbean. Being able to overlook the pool area onto that incredible body of water was a dream. We never went out for supper one night because the gourmet kitchen was all we needed, plus it was fun to cook for one another. Two people prepared a breakfast and supper one night during the week and then they were "off" for the remainder of the vacation. It worked out great! After wonderful nights of listening to great music, having multiple cocktails and eating like kings and queens, we slept like babies in our comfortable rooms. Each morning we would rise and quietly make our way to the coffee pot, softly wishing each other a "good morning" and then step out onto the patio where the pool is located. We'd listen to the morning birds and watch as the sun rose in the east over the mountain top. After breakfast, we'd all gather for a day of fun at one of the incredible beaches and then return to our oasis at the beautiful pool where we created our very own "Tikibar". Beginning with music, appetizers and cocktails followed by a wonderful meal. Two friends hired Chef Ted to come by one night which was fantastic and it happened to be on the full moon night, which made it even more special! This place is magical. Every one of us would come back in a second. What a great place where accommodations were excellent, laughter was abound, weather was perfect and memories were created for a lifetime. *Kitchen/Great Room is amazing- Pool is wonderful. Bedrooms are comfortable- Bathrooms are spacious- Beach chairs were great to have-Cleaning crew mid-week was a treat*

Villa Panache was wonderful, the perfect mix of luxury and comfort! We felt like we were on our own private island! Everything was great! The views from the pool/ patio and master bedroom was amazing. The views from the other bedrooms were not as good as the pictures on line. That is the only disappointing thing I found.

The service was excellent. Everyone was very helpful. We loved the home, plenty of room and space for the family and kids. The view was outstanding. The house had everything you would want or need to have a wonderful vacation. We loved the pool and open floor plan. The children loved the TV room and pull out beds. The kitchen had everything needed to serve and cook for a crowd.
Least of all was the comfort of the bed in the master bedroom which left alot to be desired. Also, the furniture in the family needs new coverings. -

Again everything was great. We have been coming to St. Johns for over 30 years and will continue to.We have stayed at Villa Panache before and enjoyed just as much this time.We really didn't require any services the home was well stocked with all necessary items that made our stay very enjoyable.

This was a fantastic house for a family group including two teenagers who found the pool and their own rooms to be "the best". The house came with more then we thought like a cabinet full of sun block and a complimentary starter package in the refrigerator. The staff was great even when we had a problem with one of the room air-conditioners. I would highly recommend this villa.

The views, the house, the pool, the stars...nothing could be better than the week we enjoyed at Villa Panache. The pictures of the home don't even come close to the reality of how perfect our vacation was. Everything was better than we expected and we would rent this home again. The location gave us beautiful sunrises and cool sunsets, privacy all around and great vistas. Can't beat the location!!

We have stayed at Villa Panache 5 or 6 times. While we have tried other villas in the island, we always come back. The house is beautifully but comfortably decorated, you really feel at home. The set up really is ideal for a large group and for everyone to be in the same area with lots of space and sharing multiple activities at once.
Our group loves to enjoy a great dinner after a day at the beach and cooking is a delight in this kitchen which overlooks the bay and allows you to stay close to the social action (pool, terrace, etc.) while cooking.
We are hoping for two weeks next year! -

We have been travelling to St. John for over 30 years now, and it still remains our favorite vacation spot. For the past ten years or so we have been renting properties managed by "Catered to." Our favorite house is Villa Panache. The house is very comfortable for young and old and the view superb. "Catered to" personnel have seen to our every need promptly but we've rarely needed anything from them! All of the houses we've rented from them have always been ready and waiting for us weary travelers. We will return to St. John and Villa Panache as soon as we can!

"Catered to" met us at the dock with our rental car and proceeded to help
us with our luggage out to Rendezvous Bay. After a few heart stopping
turns we arrived at the house and went over all the systems, especially
getting the heater to work for the pool. Villa Panache has a wonderful great
room that opens out to a lovely stone veranda with the great view. This is
an older home, well maintained and updated and has a spectacular private
location.
The main house has a nice master bedroom/ bath suite off the pool and a
small bedroom/ den which we used for the 2 yr old. The pool is very close
to the house which meant guard duty for the 2 yr old. The rest of us
thought it was perfect ( 3 generations). A separate building contains 3 more
bedroom suites, all the same size each opening to the veranda. This is
appropriate for adults and much older children. There is a permanent
gazebo at the end of the pool terrace, which is wonderful for breakfasts and
lunches.
The beautiful gardens needed some trimming as one side of the house is
getting overgrown, ( the sunset side). There is an"outside shower" which is
actually a bathroom with a door to a walkway in front of the house. The
kitchen was well stocked and it was positioned to take in the View. The
furniture was very comfortable.
We've been to St. John over 20 times and were very pleased with this
villa. It's not to far from the town of cruz bay, and there are a few grocery
stores within a few minutes.
At the time we rented ,it was difficult to find a completely airconditioned
house with a heated pool. Villa Panache has both. As with most homes on
St. John , protection is needed from the mosquito noseeums that
occasionally occur. We did close up the house at night and use that A/C
and the heater was needed for the pool water in December.
Now for the "cons".... The one TV was very tiny and no cable. A hot tub on
the veranda would be smashing addition. HINT.

We loved Villa Panache! We were there for 12 wonderful days and especially enjoyed the outdoor living with a view that is second to none. The house has everything a large family could possibly need. we will definetly return!
