Description from the owner
"Villa Peace and Plenty" is a very new (November 2006) spacious 3-level "villa with a magnificent view" located on St. John's exclusive North Shore. Most of the livings areas are on the main level. The villa consists of 3 buildings that stretch more than 130 feet and are tied together with decks and covered walkways and a gazebo. You park just outside the door and enter onto the pool deck. The great room and two bedrooms are on the left of the pool and the outdoor living area and two more bedrooms are right of the pool. A hallway off the great room leads to the lower left bedroom, while the upper left bedroom is accessed by exterior stairs. T...Read more

Breathtaking views!
This home was a perfect retreat for 3-4 couples.
It conained every ammenity imagineable, and afforded the luxury of seclusion.
The roadway leading to the house was harrowing at times, but at the same time added to the ambiance of the residence. We loved it, and are considering returning with our children and grandchildren.
Peace and Plenty did not disappoint! -

There was nothing not to love about this place. It's gorgeous and comfortable and extremely well-kept. One immediately feels at home and relaxed. Everything we needed was provided by the owners. The villa's layout is particularly attractive in that the bedrooms are separated from the entertainment areas for the ultimate in privacy.

Silver Spring, MarylandPerfect vacation at Peace & Plenty
Left on 10/18/2011 for a stay in October 2011
Beautiful home, gorgeous views, comfortable beds, easy access to beaches and all the amenities you need. This house perfectly accommodated 4 couples for a fabulous 5 day trip. We highly recommend taking the trail from Cinnamon Bay to Little Cinnamon Bay for your own private and pristine beach although we enjoyed Cinnamon Bay as well. We also recommend visiting Waterlemon Cay for great snorkeling.
Tommy was so kind and helpful. Would love to return. -

What can I say...Peace and Plenty is exactly what you get when you stay there. This was my second time to stay at Peace and Plenty in St. John. St. John's is an amazing island with endless ocean bays that take your breath away. The people there are super friendly and after a week there you never want to return. The only way to make a trip to St. John even better is with a stay at Peace and Plenty.
Every room is spectacular and has it's own entry and bath. The kitchen, living room, and lanai are amazing. To top it all off you have your very own pool to come home to and relax in after a day of sight seeing. The grounds are amazing. They have lemon, lime, banana and mango trees as well as every flower imaginable. It is truly a sight to behold. It is the perfect place for 4 couples to share. Although it is great for families too.
The house is about 10 minutes from Cruz Bay. Up a rocky road so you need a jeep to get there. The ride is rocky but that was part of the charm. It feels very secluded but there are neighbors around just spread out just right. The property management team is excellent as well. Tommy who meets you and goes over everything is very nice.
I will definitely be back again for a third stay. I love St. John and I can't imagine staying any where else while I am there. -

This was our 3rd visit to Peace and Plenty. We just keep coming back because it's such a wonderful place. The floor plan is great because you can spend as much time outside as you like, including meals...Or you can go to your room for plenty of privacy. The rooms are separated enough so no one disturbs each other. The view is absolutely amazing and there is no noise from the neighbors. They're just too far away to hear anything. The management co. took very good care of us and was very responsive if we needed anything. I would recommend this place to anyone. I really felt like I could relax completely or crank up the music and dance (which I did). :)

This was our third time to stay at Peace and Plenty, and we have loved it every time. My husband and I take friends with us each summer and look forward to this annual vacation. Peace and Plenty is secluded, quiet, and overlooks Cinnamon Bay. The view is outstanding; no matter what room you sleep in, you can see the crystal blue ocean from any bed. The house is great for entertaining, has a great pass through bar, and we have enjoyed many fabulous meals poolside. Peace and Plenty is located in an exclusive neighborhood, Catherineberg, and although the road is a bit rocky as you drive up towards the gate to the house, the view and privacy it brings are well worth it. Tommy is outstanding and very attentive, always helping to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. Tip to visitors: there are several large lime trees growing in the yard on the lowest level of the house, so check there first before you go buy a bunch of limes at the grocery store. You wil have enough limes for unlimited margaritas for a week! We are returning to Peace and Plenty this July, counting the days until we get there.

Boston, MANice house but needs to TLC
Left on 03/07/2011 for a stay in February 2011
The house is great. The furniture is odd, uncomfortable and 2 chairs in the great room were completely unacceptable to be there. We moved them out of sight. There were only 2 chaise lounges which was odd, and a dead tree right in the middle of the view. We had to request it be taken down, which they did that day. Plus overgrown bushes around the pool which killed the view. With some attention to detail, the house could be really wonderful. Tommy from the Suite St. John was the best and incredibly helpful and got us more beach chairs and chaise lounges to accomodate 7 people.

Greenville, SCI never wanted to leave Villa Peace and Plenty
Left on 08/13/2010 for a stay in August 2010
We stayed with our 3 children and another couple. The view as you approach the gate of Whistling Cay and Jost VanDyke set against the pool and gardens is literally breathtaking. The outdoor living space is so pleasant. The villa was pretty much spotless when we arrived and Tommy was very helpful and friendly showing us around and taking us to our villa. He was responsive to our needs while we were there. I loved the privacy of the location, the stunning views and the overall atmosphere of the villa. It was a little hot in the kitchen while cooking , due to no AC, but the bedrooms were cool and comfortable. The kitchen was nicely stocked with spices and condiments, which you don't always get at these villas but was appreciated since everything costs so much at the grocery stores. It was definitely hard to leave our island paradise and we may very well stay here again if it meets our occupancy needs on future visits.

Had a wonderful time at villa. Everything was in great shape and the logistics of getting there were easily done. The villa has four master suites (all identical) which make it perfect for travelling with groups. The only drawback was the construction that was going on in the two neighboring villas. One was in the middle of a concrete pour and the other was constantly sawing etc. Other than that, no problems.

Sudbury, MAWonderful Stay at Peace and Plenty St John
Left on 03/04/2010 for a stay in February 2010
Beautiful home, great view. We loved the layout of the house, pool a central
feature. Excellent service from local contact, very accessible and responsive!
The location appears convenient on a map, but a little tricky navigating rough
roads. Not bad once you are accustomed to the ride.
Cooked many meals at home, would have liked better gas grill and additional
serving bowls, but overall very functional kitchen.
All rooms were comfortable, spacious, nicely decorated. Did not miss A/C in
main living area but was nice in the bedrooms!
We definitely recommend Peace and Plenty to future travellers! I think one day
of housekeeping service should be included for stays of a week or longer. The
villa really needed it by the time our ten days was over. We look forward to
our next trip!
