Ristaba has fabulous views stretching from the south shore at Hart Bay to the West and North through Chocolate Hole, Great Cruz Bay and Cruz Bay- on a clear day you can see beyond St Thomas to Puerto Rico and St Croix.

The spacious main house Great Room shares all these views from the Living area with full entertainment center with surround sound, the dining area that comfortably seats 12 and gourmet kitchen which comes ready for all your cooking adventures.

The upper main house deck has both lounging and dining areas with the sweeping views. The lower deck surrounds the huge pool (28x13x12) with both nicely shaded and full sun a...reas, a wet bar, lounge chairs and rockers and a hot tub.

The Main house has 4 bedrooms on the lower level; 2 master suites with king beds and en suite baths with outdoor showers and a/c; and the two guest suites with full indoor baths, twin beds that can make into kings and all have a/c. The twin rooms have doors to an outer pathway to pool, while the king rooms are just off the pool deck. The rooms are totally private from each other.

The separate but very convenient cottage only a few steps from the main house has it's own lounging deck both upstairs and down, as well as living area with TV/cable, kitchen dining and half bath. The lower level has one twin/king bedroom and one queen bedroom, both with a/c and a shared full bath and laundry.

Ristaba is surrounded with tropical landscaping which attracts the hummingbird's and although close to town the house is extremely private at all levels. Sunsets all year long, plenty of space for large and small groups and priced to accommodate both! Just a short 5 min drive from the main town of Cruz Bay, Ristaba has easy all paved access and plenty of parking. Sitting on the crest of Rick Ridge it is a relatively easy walk to the Westin hotel and beach, and a short drive to the sand and pebble beach at Chocolate Hole where there is surprisingly good snorkeling. North shore beaches are easy to get to as well ranging from 10-20 min drive time. Ristaba will fell likes worlds away but you'll have all the conveniences right nearby.
