Situated on the second floor of Seashore Allure is Volute, a stunning two-bedroom condo featuring central air-conditioning throughout, two sumptuous suites and many guest amenities. Brazilian hardwood flooring and cabinetry serve as a rich backdrop for Volute's elegant and modern furnishings. The fully-equipped sleek and spacious kitchen features granite countertops, upholstered bar stools, stainless steel appliances, and virtually everything needed to create a gourmet meal.

Both bedrooms are comfortable with a king-sized sleigh bed and an en-suite bath. The master king bedroom looks out to a dazzling ocean panorama. Its adjoining bath... is beautifully laid out in travertine tile with granite countertops. The second king bedroom features a bath and a large walk-in shower of native bluebit stone and artistic tile work.

A private verandah overlooks the pool area and Turner Bay and is set with comfortable seating. The verandah's glass half-walls allow for uninterrupted vistas. Should your friends or family wish to have their own accommodations, they may rent similar units just steps from Volute. Please inquire with a villa specialist who will be able to explain the various options available.

Steps from your door is Seashore Allure's marine-blue pool and entertainment area, where all guests are welcome to relax in the all-day sun. Nearby is a thatched pavilion which offers a shaded area with a gas grill and a 46-inch satellite TV, and there are tables for alfresco dining. There's also a convenient powder room and shower. At the very top of Seashore Allure is a spiral staircase which leads up to a partially-roofed patio and the complex's large hot tub and lounge area. On the premises is also the condo office, where you can do your laundry, get information and assistance, and use the printer to print out your boarding passes.

  I cannot speak highly enough of Seashore Allure vacation villas.
  There are 8 units on the property and my young daughter and I stayed in the 2-bedroom unit named Volute. The property owner, Delbert Parsons, met us at the Cruz Bay ferry dock for the short drive to the Seashore Allure property where the property manager and housekeeper gave us a warm welcome. My 11-year old daughter immediately changed into her swimsuit and jumped into the most inviting pool. We walked into the unit and were immediately impressed not only by the size of the welcoming space – my daughter was thrilled to have her own bedroom and connecting bath complete with rainfall showerheads – but at how much we felt at home. The ambiance is inviting and warm and the space beautifully appointed. Clearly, no expense was spared and much thought went into the details to ensure that if you choose not to leave the unit, you do not have to. What can I say about our amazing experience…? The property is impeccably maintained and fully equipped with everything you need or may think about…. From the throw blankets on the sectional sofa to the abundance of linen and towels to state of the art appliances (large and small) – the unit is supplied with more than we have at home… no exaggeration! The open kitchen with cherry wood floors is equipped with utensils and tools you may need from barbecue to bake-ware and barware! The property and our unit, so clean you could literally eat off the marble and cherry wood floors! The window décor gives you the option of letting in the sunshine or keeping it cozy for sleeping in every morning. I chose the latter… Each of the two bedrooms is huge with a large king bed in each. My daughter chose the bedroom with the large flat screen TV. The terrace faces tranquil Turner Bay and along the shoreline is a rocky beach perfect for collecting stones and shells or just wading in the pristine water. The sun shines all day over the property and the sunsets were amazing. My daughter loved having her own personal space and soon after we arrived, organized her clothes in the mahogany closet and dresser – this alone was worth the trip!! As we had no agenda, she also slept in every day. A few times, I had to bribe her with treats to leave the unit… St. John has 32 beaches and I was determined we would see at least one every day during our stay. I highly recommend this splendid property and amazing accommodation to anyone who enjoys a tranquil getaway with luxury amenities, the privacy of a secluded getaway with the convenience of being within close proximity to town. There is so much to do on St. John… we spent one day at Honeymoon Beach adjacent to Caneel Bay Resort where VI Ecotours offers an all-day pass that allows full use of paddleboards, kayaks, and snorkel gear on this beautifully tranquil beach with an abundance of marine life. Followed by lunch at Caneel Bay’s Beach Bar, it was a perfect way to spend the day. Then back to our splendid villa for a siesta and quick dip in the pool before a short stroll into town for dinner and shopping. St. John offers the environment for a true island experience most people imagine and Seashore Allure provides the tranquil space and setting to complete the experience. Whether you choose to stay in and prepare your meals or barbecue poolside or rent a jeep to explore the island, make Seashore Allure your destination.

  Our stay at Sea Shore was perfect! The property is beautiful. The condos are gorgeous, with all amenities of home and more! High-end kitchen with Kitchenaid appliances, wood and marble floors throughout, master suite with jacuzzi tub, roof top jacuzzi (romantic and the view is breathtaking), there is an outdoor kitchen, and pool too. Delbert is available 24 hrs a day to assist. He picks you up at the ferry and gives you a tour of the property. There is a path which takes you into town. You are closest enough to town but just far enough to be removed. A must stay! Book a jeep as soon as you book your stay! Jeeps are scarce from Dec-Mar.
