On the beautiful twin island state of Antigua and Barbuda there are 114 Sugar Mill Towers standing to date and Villa Sugar Mill replication of a Sugar Mill Tower marks number 115. The owner’s love for the island and its historical symbols embarks on this creation.

Villa Sugar Mill is now the jewel of Galley Bay Hill. It is clad with an exquisite majestic architectural hand crafted natural stone wall. On the way to this villa you can’t help but notice the roof top garden flourishing with tropical flowers; this garden continues on the ground levels where native palms and various tropical flowers are added forming an immense garden wh...ere beauty and serenity thrive. Villa Sugar Mill owner’s crafty composition does not end here, as he succeeded in drawing more from the outside stunning scene through the creation of an inner courtyard where a large natural stone is found nestled by a multitude of small pebbles, bordered with a natural hard wood floor and closely guarded by four tall pillars.

Villa Sugar Mill split level design spreads over 10,000 square feet of living and entertaining space. On the higher level the kitchen is laid out over about 400 sq ft of space boasting its attractiveness and warmth owed to the professional grade stainless steel appliances. A beautiful and functional island topped in Italian marble and housing a six burner cook top and double sinks is the focal point of this modern kitchen, where comfortable bar chairs have been placed solely for your comfort. Its custom made cabinets are imported from Italy and their tops are elegantly dressed in Italian marble tastefully adding to this kitchen and making it the perfect place to cook in style.

Leaving the kitchen you will enter this mill, just as the sugar did before being squeezed, and in the middle of the room the owner used a mahogany dining table with 7 Bycast leather chairs to mimic the grinding rollers. As you sit and dine, another cavity draws your attention to the outdoors where a large glass sliding doors open onto the external patio and onto the marvellous infinity pool where the stunning view of the bay and its surrounding landscape is captivating.

On the other side of the Sugar Mill the living room is simply furnished with two white over size sofa, placed so that the view draws the guest to the outside, as the large glass sliding doors give the impression of continuity from the inside onto the patio and onto the infinity pool right into the bay. The oversize vaulted ceiling gives the distinct impression of being out into the open and it is further enhanced by the overhead sky window bringing the natural light in. Sugar Mill style of living continues into any man’s favourite hide out: the Entertainment room. This room houses a 60� Plasma HDTV Television with state of the art sound system to ensure an unforgettable entertainment experience while comfortably lounging on a beautiful large L-shaped orange sofa.

Comfort living continues with five bedrooms. The master bedroom boasts a comfortable king size bed with tasteful all around details added to accentuate the room and a fabulous walk-in closet. The master bathroom is fitted with a walk-in rain shower, a king size Jacuzzi style tub, a large bath tub and his and hers vanity. The three other bedrooms are also very spacious, stylishly furnished and are en-suited with their own bathroom with walk-in rain showers. The master bedroom and the three junior suites are complemented by their own verandas overlooking the inviting Caribbean Sea. The fifth bedroom is conveniently laid out on the lower level of the villa. It is en-suited with its own bathroom and is also classily furnished; although this room was originally built for a nanny/maid it can easily be used for to house a guest. To top it all, Villa Sugar Mill offers you added privacy and comfort with its cosy cottage. The cottage is en-suited with its own bathroom, fully functional kitchen, living area and private veranda.

Outdoor living and relaxing will make up a great part of your stay at Villa Sugar Mill. The complex consists of about 20 luxury privately owned villas within a gated community with 24 hours gate security. The villa enjoys privacy and offer breathtaking panoramic views of the Caribbean Sea and the bays of Galley and Deep Bay.

  This is an absolutely wonderful, utterly luxurious villa with amazing, beautiful views over the bay and a very peaceful atmosphere. All the rooms are huge and the bedrooms all have fantastic bathrooms en suite. It is decorated and furnished to a very high standard and kept in perfect condition by the lovely maid. The beach is a short walk away. There is lots to do on the island - we played golf, went jet skiing, had kite surfing lessons and went to super restaurants. We had a perfect holiday - I cant recommend it highly enough!

  this is the most luxurious, most wonderful villa we have ever st

  Photographs cannot do this villa justice! Every bedroom (and the infinity pool) overlook panoramic views accross the bay. It is immaculately kitted out and the maid service is excellent. The beach is a two minute walk, there are two golf courses withiin 20 minutes and we had beginners kite-surfing lessons along the coast. There are plenty of wonderful restaurants and a fish market nearby for those exotic bbqs. We all enjoyed it as a family and I am going back for a girls' week of decadence.
