Located just 1.2km or a short walking distance of just under15 minutes walk from the main entertaining and business hub of St Julian's, Paceville and Portomaso where one can easily find swimming areas, international restaurants, shopping malls, casinos, clubs, cafe, bars, fitness centres and spas and much more.
The town of Swieqi is a tranquil residential area, with an excellent neighbourhood. This part of the island is perfectly located for those who would like to enjoy themselves but at the same time return to a peaceful environment which is not too far or out of the way. Swieqi caters for all the daily needs and can easily be reached by walk such as grocers, butcher, fishmonger, stationeries, DVD shop, playing fields, tennis courts, church, banks, petrol station and much more. Access to other town around the island is very easy, bus stops are near by and ATM machines are available as well. Free parking is available and with regards to security Malta in general is very safe and this area is one of the safest, walking at any time of the day and night is possible.

Prices quoted are based on 4 guests.
Additional guests: 20 € per person per night - Fee/ Supplement applies to parties of more than 4 guests.

Rental price includes, satellite TV and 24 hour Wi-Fi internet, clean bed linen and towels.
An extra bed, baby-cot and highchair are available on request.

10% discount for bookings of 21 days and over (depending on the season)

For late departures, luggage can be stored safely, until departure time so that you will not have carry suitcases around all day.

A 45% deposit is required to secure booking. The remaining balance, along with the refundable security deposit (Bond), are payable in cash (€) upon arrival.

The security deposit (bond) is a safeguard against damages, loss, utility abuse (excess water and electricity) and unpaid services. On the day of departure, after services are paid, keys are returned and an inspection of property is made, the security deposit will be returned accordingly.

Utilities (water, electricity, gas) up to €20 consumption per week are included in the price - (which is generally sufficient for normal use). Water & Electricity readings will be taken during check-in and check-out. Any units consumed over and above this allowance, must be settled prior to departure. The amount will be deducted from the refundable deposit. All costs will be calculated at local domestic rates.

Cleaning service is provided prior to entering the apartment.
Every 7 days, clean bed linen and towel change is provided at no extra cost.
The property must be handed back to the owner in a good clean condition. For any extra cleaning, a minimum of €50 cleaning fee will be charged.

Preferred payment method: bank transfer, ideally a SEPA payment.
Payments can be safely made by paying directly into our bank account, bank details will be supplied to you on confirmation of booking. We also accept payments via PayPal where you can make a payment using your debit or credit card; however, you are required to cover PayPal fees.

We can also arrange Airport transfers to/from the apartment.
Airport transfers to/from the apartment are recommended especially for arrivals after 16:00.

We can also organize other services you may require including: Car hire, cleaning services, professional masseur and personalized one-to-one English tuition by fully qualified & experienced tutors (General English, Business English, Exam courses and English for Special Purposes).
All you have to do is just ask, any other requests can be met at an extra charge.
