This one bedroom apartment was great for a couple. Modern comfort in an area with heritage charm. Features we appreciated included: blackout curtains, lots of closet space, decent pots and pans, good-sized dining table & counter space, and the balcony (to judge the temp and wind). Comfortable furniture, and very clean with tile floors, so good for allergies. Felt spacious due to ingenious layout - no hallways - one passes through the closet from bed to bathroom and both of these open to main room.
Maria, the property manager was very attentive and even provided milk for our late arrival.
Close to Hilton (for tour pickup), bus stop for local buses and arkadia food store. Enjoy strolling out along the waterfront promenade and the many restaurants and bars in this safe area. On the 7th floor, it is quite quiet. Although there is no sea view to speak of (a glimpse is all), it looks out on palm trees and a square. A cove with very quaint local fishing boats is steps away. We are pleased to have chosen St. Julian's over the crowded centre of Valetta.
