We loved staying in St Kilda/Balaclava District. The apartment was well appointed with a very comfortable bed and living area. It is a few footsteps onto Carlisle Street, with all buzz of the cafe culture and fun shops to explore.
Best: Modern smart, comfortable apartment with deliscious coffee.

After initial confusion due to the stated address indicating East St Kilda, when in fact the property was situated on the same block as the old Balaclava Post Office, we found ourselves in a well appointed apartment, perfect for our needs. Location was in fact, excellent, right on Carlisle St with all our basic daily needs within a short walk. Easy access to public transport and a very good guest compendium made getting the best out of the apartment and our stay in Melbourne a no brainer. Would not hesitate to use Espresso apartments again. Pod Coffee machine ready to go was a nice touch.

The reservation staff were very helpful,The apartment was very modern and clean and in a quiet location.
Plenty of shops close by and close to public transport.
For our last min booking Expresso apartments helped to make our family weekend away more relaxing and enjoyable.
The kids are planning our next trip already.
