This 3 bed duplex can be rented as a 2 bed unit - Also available as a one bedroom room - no kitchen.

Crop Over Festival 29th July 2012 to 12th August 2012 is classed as High Season

Please note that a 10% surchage applies to rentals from 22nd December to 5th January 2011.

20% discounts if you can travel last minute, subject to availability.

$400 security deposit is required with all reservations.

  We spent a week in this unit at the beginning of December 2011 and loved it. We were 6 adults and one infant. The kitchen was fully equipped with most anything you would need to cook for a family of 6 including kettle, coffee maker, blender etc. When we arrived we found that there were no large pots on hand so called Heather and were quickly brought one. The grocery store is a 12 min walk from the complex and they have a free shuttle service back making buying groceries relatively easy. The unit was clean and the bedrooms were all a good size. The bedroom on the ground floor opens to the pool deck making it convenient for us when our infant was napping to be able to sit outside and enjoy the sun. All the staff we met was very friendly and accomodating including Heather, Ricardo and Gerry. Many restaurant and street vendors within a 5 min walk offering reasonably priced meals. Pool was never busy and we swam in the ocean directly in front of the complex. We would recommend this to a friend and will be back.

  This particular apartment suited our family which consisted of varying ages. Mum & step dad in their fifties with twin girls aged 12, married daughter & her husband in twenties with a young son 13 months. We were met by Ricardo, excellent excellent gentleman nothing that we requested Ricardo was able to sort. The other staff members were all very good at what they do. Our stay were made a memorable one will deffo stay there again. The location was breath taking, over looking the ocean, the sunset, the pool the grounds no faults found. Right in the heart of the Gap no sounds were heard from the party goers. The daytime we found it easy access to anywhere we wanted to go, be it by bus, taxi or organised trips. Night time the choice is yours, eat in or out everything is to hand, even the convenience store, but I would suggest you take a trip down to the local supermarket 2 bus stops away and you can take their bus shuttle back with all your stuff. Lots of local beaches, each day you could venture further a field and explore. The girls loved the pool area and as the age is 12 we could sit on the balcony and watch them have fun. Beautiful accommodation, Barbara loving it will return again as we are yearly visitors.
