We were recently in St. Louis for my son's wedding and finding this wonderful house was a huge blessing for my family. The beautiful pictures and positive reviews very accurately depicted the house that we found on our arrival. Everything was attractive, clean, and well-equipped providing a very "homey" place to spend time together as the days of the wedding approached. To sum it up, it was an awesome place for our group of 7 adults and we look forward to finding a reason to stay here again.

I believe this was my 3rd stay at the house. I highly recommend it. It's well located and very nicely furnished. The house has everything you might need including a kitchen stocked with plenty of glassware, utensils etc. After staying here, you won't want to stay in a hotel again. Also, if you have younger children, the house is very kid friendly.

We enjoyed a 10 day stay in May/June 2103 at Dennis house in STL and had a wonderful time. We flew all the way from the London, UK with 2 small children to visit family. Renting a house made it so much easier than staying in a hotel with two small children. The children loved their bedrooms which had dinosaur featured bunk-beds and lots of great toys in it. The house was very clean and stunning looking, even nicer than what we expected from the pictures online. We enjoyed great Bbqs out in the backyard and cooking/baking in the fully equipped kitchen. There wasn't anything the house didn't have, it was literally perfect. Dennis, the house owner was super nice and very accommodating too. The location is great, nice and clean neighborhood and easily accessible from highway, grocery store and other nice shops in walking distance. Nice park (Millenium park) nearby with great playgrounds for kids. I highly recommend the house to young families as it is really child friendly. We are planning to come back next year!

Our group stayed for a week at Dennis' home and we felt at home the very moment we set foot in the property. The place was very convenient from the airport and to the golf courses and shopping places. All the amenities in the house were provided for and simply just have to bring food to cook in the wonderful kitchen, Dennis even went out of his way to buy a rice cooker.
Dennis also shipped to me a putter which would not fit into my luggage, Dennis is such a pleasant and a super nice guy, he definitely has a gem of a home away from home here in St Louis...will definitely be back. -

To say that this is the best owner rental we have ever experienced is an understatement. We have rented all over Europe and nothing compares to the attention to detail given to this house. It is clean, comfortable, in a great location, and fits a generous number of people. We flew in from Europe and met other family here for a wedding. There were 8 adults and two teens and we were all comfortable! The house is lovely - I'm sure all the renters would love to just transport it as home where they live. The entire transaction was flawless and easy. Every amenity is provided!

The five of us enjoyed this house so much during our girls' getaway to St. Louis. The rooms are lovely, and we had no trouble finding everything we needed. We appreciated the welcome when we arrived--the tourist pamphlets came in handy for our stops at the botanical gardens, art museum, Cathedral Basilica, and the ice carnival on the Loop. I would never have guessed that St. Louis had so much to offer! The house was a perfect homebase--a quiet escape in the suburbs and yet an easy drive to all the action. A nice bonus--the house sparkles more than the photos show. -

This home was perfect for our family and it worked out so well for the holidays. The location was super easy to access via highway and conveniently located near grocery and other stores. Dennis was extremely kind and helpful and even set up a Christmas tree for us before we arrived. The home had every amenity from shampoo to windex; a kitchen filled w dishes, pots, even food storage; ample seating and room for kids to run around. (There were even toys for the kids to play with.) It was very clean and well maintained. I would highly recommend this property.

What a wonderful house to stay in on vacation. Although my husband and I stayed there, we had family come and visit. Our son lives close by, and coming from the Netherlands we wanted a place to stay for ourselves. With 3 full bedrooms, another room with pull-out bed and 3 living areas, we had plenty of room. A fully stocked kitchen, our own laundry room. It was perfect. Dennis was only a telephone away if we had any questions or problems. We sat outside on the patio and used the gril. There are lots of stores if you like to shop, including a grocery store close by. Little extra's like shampoe, soap and spices give a special touch. You could easily stay here with two families.

Our stay in this house couldn't have been better. The place is fantastic. The review I leave here will not do it justice. I was completely satisfied. The home is located in a great neghborhood, quiet and peaceful with quick, easy access to freeways. It is clean and equipped with everything you would need. The owner is easy and pleasant to work with. Rent without worry. We travelled with two teenagers and an 8 year old. There are so many things to do and see in St Louis. My top three: City Museum (unique, there's nothing else like it), St Louis art Museum, and the Basilica. I loved this house. It was a great place to come home to at the end of the day. I highly recommend it.

My family and I stayed at Dennis Stones home in July. We were there for my youngest sons wedding. We had 5 adults and 4 children. The house was wonderful, I can't imagine staying in a hotel for 4 night with grandchildren from 2 months to 9 years. The kids had plenty of room to play. The house was wonderful. Clean, roomy, everything you could need . Dennis was so nice and helpful. Meet us there alittle early so we could get to the rehersal on time. Called to make sure everything was going ok. When we stay in St. Louis again we will surley see if we can stay at the same house. Had a wonderful weekend and some of it was due to the wonderful house we stayed in. Thanks so much Dennis.

We recently stayed at this home with our 2 daughters and had a wonderful experience. There was so much space and the home is very nicely decorated and furnished! This home has everything you need. The kitchen is very well stocked from spices to lidded containers to cutlery to aluminum foil to measuring cups. The travel to downtown St. Louis was easy. We will definitely be back!

Our family of 6 adults and 4 children thourougly enjoyed our stay at the West St Louis rental home. The owner, Dennis, was very gracious, welcoming us into the home and communicating details about the home and also sharing area information with us for shopping and family-friendly parks. The location was perfect, allowing us to have easy access to highways (15-20 mins. away from the zoo, arch, etc.). The living space, including bedrooms, was perfect for all of us, and we were especially grateful for the clean home and all the upgrades. A nice patio with a grill (which we used), and yard for the kids to play in was a bonus, too. We definitely would recommend this rental home to families.

I can't say enough about how wonderful our experience was at Dennis' home! I read the reviews before making my reservation and I agree with every positive comment that has been made.
The house is immaculate and beautifully appointed. The kitchen was stocked with many basics. I especially appreciated the supply of dishwasher soap and laundry soap!
We are a large family. We have nine children ages 16 down to 3. I was prepared for Dennis to say no to our family due to the fear that we may damage something. He was so very gracious and welcoming and even went out of his way to make sure our littlest boy had the cars themed toddler bed set up and ready. There were toys in this bedroom with the bunkbeds that my 3 little boys played with.
The house is located in a very nice neighborhood. There is an upscale grocery store a mile from the house (and a red box movie rental!).
Dennis is attentive to every need and request. He texted me a couple of times to make sure we were enjoying our vacation. He returned to me a bag that we had left behind.
You will not be disappointed if you choose this home for your stay in St. Louis! -

The house was just as described if not better. Location was excellent, we were about 10 - 15 minutes from downtown. All ammenities were present as indicated in the ad. Since travelling with young children, we forgot a few toiletteries but were pleased to find that the landlord had forseen things like that and had everything we needed. It was indeed convenient to have the laundry on premises and I was able to return home with a set of clean clothes. The wifi also worked well, my children enjoyed playing with the toys and the little one enjoyed the fenced in backyard. It was nice to stay in a ranch style house.
The house was easy to find with the GPS, there was a Trader Joes quite close to us.
The landlord takes pride in his house and you can see it as he keeps it very well maintained.
If ever in Saint Louis, we will certainly stay here. -

We really enjoyed our stay at this home. It was very clean and furnished well. It is a great place for families. We had 3 couples staying here and it was perfect for us. We felt right at home and relaxed. Keyless entry makes it nice for coming and going. You don't have to worry about losing a key. The kitchen was well stocked down to spices and a blender. The kitchen is small but worked great for us! We were 10 minutes away from a grocery store, shopping area, and restaurants. Very convenient location. We were only about 20-25 minutes from the arch as well. We would highly reccomend this home to everyone and we hope to be back in the future!!

The home is exactly as advertised, and the photos are accurate. It is immaculate and tastefully decorated. The location is good for visiting various St. Louis attractions. The neighborhood is safe, and plenty of restaurants, shopping, etc., are nearby. Dennis, the owner, is helpful and responsive to questions. I would definitely recommend this home to family and friends.

I would highly recommend this Vacation Rental to anyone who is travelling in a group. The neighborhood is safe and the house is very secure. Kitchen is well equipped. We picked this house for our family reunion, since our parents have passed on and our family home is gone. The house was just as the pictures and reviews portrayed it - a nicely updated ranch, well provisioned for a family stay. While the kitchen is small, it was easy to share family meals and we both saved money and enjoyed Mom's recipes. Definitely recommended. Wi Fi and many TV stations were available; the landlord is most available if there are problems. It was centrally located, too, and convenient for those who arrived at Lambert airport.

As St. Louis natives, we were looking for a centrally-located home with great access to the major highways. We also wanted a family-friendly home with all the amenities of a nice hotel. And this home had it all! We were continually impressed by this beautifully decorated and fully-equipped home. Everything was perfect! With three small children, we were in heaven! It was extremely spacious, and even had a children's room with bunk beds, toys and activity books. The home had a nice, simple patio, a small play area and a fenced yard. We will return every year!

My wife, 2 children, my sister, and my nephew traveled from California back to St. Louis to visit our family. We felt like we were at home while staying here. Dennis was attentive to all of our needs, and his home is so comfortable, roomy, beautifully decorated, and well located in a quiet, safe, and beautiful neighborhood. He has taken tremendous care in arranging, furnishing and stocking the home with everything one might need. It was perfect, and we appreciated it immensely. Dennis also made himself available if we needed anything else or had questions. We will recommend (already have to relatives) to anyone who needs a place to stay. We will be back.

This house is unbeatable and is definitely our top choice for accommodations when in the St. Louis area.
Having rented and stayed in condos before and realizing I needed to think of every detail, I came fully prepared with activities for our kids, every ingredient for meals and snacks we might need, a well-stocked first aid kit, detergent for cleaning dishes, laundry detergent, and even cleaning supplies. Imagine my delight to discover I had totally over-planned and could have relaxed much more in planning our weekend away! Everything you could possibly need to make your stay comfortable has been though of by Dennis, the gracious host. He had books available on some of the top attractions in the area, as well as a tourist guide to St. Louis.
The house is beautifully appointed with modern decor and the furniture is quite comfortable. Everything was very clean, allowing us to feel at home right away. Even high speed internet was available.
We were two families staying in the home with 4 adults and 5 children. We enjoyed more than ample space in the three separate living areas and fenced-in backyard. It was wonderful to wear the kids out all day, enjoying the wonderful opportunities St. Louis has to offer, and then come home and allow the kids to relax and maximize their cousin time each evening. In fact, although we had planned meals out, it was very convenient and much easier to grill out at home than try to keep the kids patient and happy in a restaurant.
The house is conveniently located within 2 miles of grocery stores, pharmacies, and the interstate. It is also centrally located to classic St. Louis activities and downtown, as well as other wonderful communities such as St. Charles.
I can not imagine a more family friendly accommodation and can not recommend this home highly enough. Our kids loved St. Louis and the house, and were already asking when we could return as we were pulling out of the driveway to head home. -

Dennis took the time to welcome us so warmly to this Westport house that we sure felt like it was our home. We arrived after 10:30pm, and he was waiting for us with a plate of freshly baked cookies!
The house is tastefully decorated throughout, and kitchen was fully equipped with new cookware and utensils. We were a party of 5 adults and 4 children, ranging from age 2 to 10, and the house was very spacious. Dennis had made the bunk beds with dinosaurs that our boys loved, and they enjoyed playing with the toys in the closet. It is close to a grocery store and other shops, as well as restaurants. We enjoyed eating BBQ at the Bandana's.
We would definitely stay at this house again in our future visit to St. Louis. Thank you for everything, Dennis! -

I came from TX to meet up with a childhood best friend who lives in Michigan. Check in was quick and easy. Mr. Stone was so nice and full of great information. The house was equipped with everything we could possibly need. It was very nice and extremely clean. Very kid friendly. We had our schedule full of things to do. I wish we would of had more time to just relax and enjoy it. If we choose to return to St. Louis we will absolutely stay here again.

We truly had a remarkable family experience. The home was centrally located with lots of amenities close by. We attended a couple of Cardinal games, Anheuser Busch brewery tour, riverboat ride, Gateway arch and all were easily accessible from this location. The home was clean, neat and tidy with everything we needed to support a family of 7. The owner was excellent and gave us lots of ideas for places to visit and things to do. He offered suggestions that really fit our needs. We would return to this location in a heartbeat.

We stayed here for a small family reunion/vacation. Overall, out stay here was excellent. Dennis paid attention to every detail and made sure we had everything we would need to be comfortable. The house was very clean, and had plenty of room for 5 adults, and 2 children. The kids room was great! There were all kinds of toys that kept my brother's kids out of trouble. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in the St. Louis area!

Location of home was easy to get to any part of St. Louis. Beautifully decorated ranch home, equipped with stainless steel kitchen appliances, dishes, cookware, washer/dryer with laundry detergent and dryer sheets, outdoor patio table, chairs and umbrella with BBQ grill. Baths were well stocked with towels, shampoo, soap, just about anything you can thing of Denis has got it covered. We had our family of 14 come to our home for a meal and found it very spacious for entertaining. We really enjoyed our stay in St. Louis and would definately stay here again in the future.

The whole family from disabled, elderly, young adults and friends all loved this home! A true delight to entertain friends and family while enjoying STL!
A great location, safe, and just minutes from any where you would choose in the STL area.
The interior design of this home is simply wonderful, it is like walking into a Hgtv design show home, very appealing to the eyes.
The owner, Dennis, was there to meet us at check-in and explained what the home had to offer, again, we were very pleased with his efforts on our behalf.
While we were there we cooked, we grilled, and we also enjoyed the relaxing nature of the home itself. -

Our stay at the house was definitely a pleasant one. I booked this house for 4 nights for myself and my extended family, and there was plenty of space for all of us. We really like to cook, and the kitchen and dining room were great. The bedrooms had plenty of space, and all of us rested well. We had no complaints whatsoever and would definitely look at staying here again if we were to visit St. Louis. This is a great alternative to staying in a hotel if you have a group.

We stayed here from 5/27/11 - 5/30/11 and had a wonderful experience! We had 6 adults and 4 children in our party so we were looking for a larger place to accomodate all of us...we definitely found it. The owner (Dennis) was great to work with and made our visit to St Louis extremely enjoyable. He even had warm cookies ready for us when we arrived!
It's obvious he cares a lot about the rental home and the inside really shows it! It it beautifully decorated as well as very clean and comfortable. Every detail has been thought of when he prepared this home for visitors...right down to gauze and paper tape in the medicine cabinet when we needed it for a minor scrape! There are many nice touches to this home that truly make it a home away from home, including a gas grill we used one night to have a cookout. The location is convenient to many, many tourist attractions. We can't wait to return to St Louis do even more fun things and we'll definitely check with Dennis first to see if this house is available as I can't imagine a better place to stay! Thanks, Dennis, for truly making our Memorial Day weekend with family the best it could possibly be! -

We were in St. Louis to attend a graduation with family and friends. The house is just beautiful, lots of room, very nicely decorated, comfortable beds and clean. Dennis (the owner) had thought of everything. Soap, toothbrushes, coffee, hot chocolate etc. Neighborhood was great, quiet, but close to the stores. Nice patio outside with BBQ. We really enjoyed it!

This house was just wonderful to rent! It was clean and beautifully decorated in a stylish and modern fashion. Everything anyone could want was there to be found. Examples: Dishes, glasses, utensils, pans, skillet, slow-cooker, sandwich bags, dish soap, cutting board, shampoo, bath soap, bath towels, sheets, laundry soap, fabric softener, night lights, bandaids, even some coffee to use in the coffeemaker as well as popcorn for the microwave. The manager/owner was readily available and was quick to come to the house to make anything right if needed. Instructions were available in written form, and they included the code for internet access through the router. The only negative for this rental property is that road traffic is hearable in the bedroom as this house is on a corner lot. But windows can be kept closed in that room during high-traffic times. Overall, this is a wonderful rental property which we highly recommend.

This was a clean, newly remodeled home with new appliances. My husband, in-laws, and 4 children all enjoyed a comfortable stay in this lovely home. We enjoyed watching television in the evening after spending the days downtown St. Louis - a short drive away. I love being able to take freshly laundered clothing home as opposed to piles of dirty laundry to do. The owner, Dennis recommended a wonderful restaurant to us! We also enjoyed a local park. I highly recommend this home and St. Louis as a great family vacation spot!

Our family of 5 loved this house. Before we arrived, the owner was extremely helpful with ideas for activities and even sent coupons for us! Very quick in responding to any ?s we had. The house was beautifully decorated, clean and inviting. There were 3 separate living areas, 3 bedrooms and a bonus room with a pull-out couch...plenty of space for everyone to chill out. The house had a nice big screen tv with several movie channels. We enjoyed this alot, along with the popcorn, playing cards and plenty of kid's toys. Each of the 2 bathrooms had hair dryers, shampoo, soap and body wash along with extras (band-aids, cotton pads and q-tips, etc.) The owner has put alot of thought into making your stay comfortable and stress-free. The house is located close (avg of about 20 minutes) to most of the activities we attended. It is only about 1 minute from a grocery store and strip mall area which can be accessed by heading up the corner street of Ross ave. The backyard is fenced and had a climb-on play structure for the kids. The price was unbeatable, the neighborhood nice, the service outstanding. This house had it all and then some...Highly recommend. We would not consider staying anywhere else when we visit St. Louis again!!

This place is clean, modern and big. The owner goes above and beyond.
I had a family gathering from multiple states. I looked at serval places around the St.Louis area. My last stop was this place. As I pulled up to the house I was not impressed as it looked like and average house. When I walked in the door I was blown a way by the space and elegance. Everything was nice; from the hardwood floors, granite counter tops, and big flat screen T.V to the pillow top beds, soft towels and every convenience I could think of.
My neices and nephews played in the play room with the toys that were provided and had a great time. My mother cooked a leg of lamb and a ham in the kitchen where all the cooking supplies she needed were provided. I watched football in HD and surround sound with all of the guys, while the ladies were mingling the second living area.
The owner came by and droped off a delicious cheese cake one even. He also provided us with popcorn and hot chocolate.
The only thing that went wrong was the U verse from aTT&T; went out half way during our stay.
If you are traveling to the St. Louis area this is a must see. -

This home is very clean and comfortable with everything we could ask for - including being beautifully decorated! We travel with a large family and this home had plenty of room for all of us with several destinations to play games in, eat, and spread out. The house was easy to get to and convenient to downtown, shopping and dining. Dennis was very welcoming to us and helpful in our trip planning as well. He went above and beyond to make sure that we had everything that we needed and more. Thanks! We really enjoyed our stay in St. Louis!

This house is incredibly well appointed with new furnishings, new appliances and is beautifully decorated. The owner Dennis is attentive and considerate.
I really can't say enough about how clean and comfortable the home is. It is centrally located and within 20 minutes of most major attractions in both the city and county.
While we have family nearby, we were so comfortable in this home that we hope to stay here on future visits.
