In between the sky and the sea sits this prestigious holiday rental villa on the hilltop – “Les Jardins de Bellevue”. It rests on 2.70 acres of land. This villa is within walking distance to the center of Marigot and to Marina Royale, great for shopping & dining. This exceptional location gives you a dramatic 360° degree view. You can view the green mountains, the Caribbean sea, the entire lagoon, the airport, Marigot, the French lowlands and the nearby islands of Anguilla and Saba. Here you will have the most spectacular sunset on the Caribbe...an Sea and view the sailboats, yachts and cruise ships passing by. A light tropical breeze “Alizee” is always there slightly blowing over the tropical vegetation of the property. The property is filled with tropical flowers and fruit trees.

This vacation rental villa has a gourmet kitchen with all stainless steel appliances. The exercise room is comfortable and bright and equipped with the best professional exercise equipment. On the main level sits 4 bedrooms- 2 with king size beds, 1 room with queen size bed and the 4th room with 2 twin beds all with en-suite bathrooms, cable TV, AC, wireless internet, telephones throughout and walk-in closets.

The upper level houses the master suite with 2 queen size beds (each with their own remote control to position your bed the way you prefer) as one super large platformed bed. It has 2 walk-in closets and both his & hers en-suite bathrooms. The madame’s bathroom has a shower and Jacuzzi bath tub and the monsieur’s has a multi-jets on the shower. It also has an upper balcony which over looks the pool, Jacuzzi, view of the sea and the garden. Also on the upper level we have one more bedroom with king sized bed, en-suite bathroom with cable TV, AC, surround system, telephone and walk-in closet. The villa has both 110 and 220 Volt electricity, bidets throughout bathrooms, hairdryers, telephones, cable TV, wireless internet, gym and alarm system.

The villa is 2 levels with 6 bedroom, 7 1/2 bath. This rental villa has air conditioning, surround sound system, cable TV & wireless internet throughout. “Les Jardins de Bellevue” is totally private and secured. The living room is surrounded by sliding glass doors letting you enjoy a fabulous view of the sea.

St. Martin offers a diverse culture since the island is divided into the Dutch-side and French-side. The French side has a more genteel ambience, more fashionable shopping, and a Continental flair. The Dutch side tends to be less expensive, has casino hotels, and more nightlife. There are lots of water sports available to you - diving, snorkeling, sailing, and windsurfing are all popular choices. And it's easy to spend the day relaxing on one of the 37 beaches, strolling the boardwalk of Dutch-side Philipsburg, and exploring the very French town of Marigot.
