Now we are welcoming visitors to our Caribbean Paradise. Enjoy quiet mornings with the birds singing or take an early morning stroll or dip on beautiful, two mile long, white sand Simpson Bay Beach, directly off our pool deck, steps from our large private ground floor lanai. Snorkel directly 'out back' on the beach where you can also jet ski or kayak (or rent a yacht for the day). Beachfront on tranquil 2½ mile, crescent shaped Simpson Bay Beach, one of the most beautiful bays in the Caribbean. Accessible via a quiet Caribbean road with churches and schools and a real 'neighborhood' feel. Walking distance to over 20 restaurants and 3 Casinos. Walk to excellent shopping (both Duty Free & grocery). Located 5 minutes from the airport, 15 minutes to the French Capitol of Marigot (great food and shopping), 20 minutes to the Dutch Capitol of Philipsburg (fantastic Duty free shopping), 20 minutes to sleepy Grande Case Beach (the Culinary Capitol of the Caribbean) and 30 minutes to trendy and fabulous Orient Beach. Why you would want to venture to another beach is beyond us but there are 10 other beaches within 10 minutes drive (including world renowned Mullet Bay beach which is 5 minutes drive away).The location affords fabulous views across the Sea to the island of Saba and offers truly amazing sunsets right off your private poolside lanai.
