Located directly on Baie Rouge Beach, this house is a gorgeous mix of contemporary styling and Caribbean relaxation. The house is fully air-conditioned, and has a separate media room with a 60 inch Plasma TV and top quality THX audio system both for watching DVDs or listening to CDs.
You can play music out to the open gazebo, the pool area, or even listen to it in the raised heated Jacuzzi. Bedrooms feature high-end plush mattresses, triple shower-heads, pop-up plasma TVs, separate DVD players, and remote controlled roman shades on the windows.

We had a great vacation. Everything was set up for us ahead of time, even though we were quite the procrastinators and were very last-minute! Everyone was friendly and accessible, but our time at the villa was also very private. We did not have to worry about anything, and any issues/questions that arose were immediately addressed. This was the first time we rented a villa and first time in a Caribbean Island. Based on our research we expected the island and the villa were going to be beautiful but had no idea what to expect from luxury retreats. The overall experience was superb. The villa was recommended to me by Monica Allard who was my first contact after the villa that I originally selected was not available. It was a perfect choice and exactly what we were looking for. Jordie Prieur followed up several times as our concierge to ensure we have a pleasant stay. Isabelle who was our contact at the villa stopped by a few times to make sure minor issues at the house were resolved. We all have been very happy with the experience. Saint martin is a very special place to be. Beauty all around you Great weather great beachs great food and kind people. Being in Villa Carisa was an added beauty . The villla is simple elegent comfortable luxurious and in the best location. You feel you don\'t need to go anywhere as the villa has it all.

Beautiful! The view from EVERY place in the Villa, was Breathtaking! Complete privacy from the other Villas, and amazingly close to the Ocean. Gorgeous, super clean and perfect location. Gated community and then gated entrance to the home. Just wonderful! A perfect place to fall in love again!

The location was second to none and the home was beautiful.However due to such demand for this unit it probably is ready for some refurbishment.Some of the doors would not lock and it could use some fresh paint and updated appliances. The grounds, the pool, and service were tremendous.I must mention that the staff from Carimo was outstanding and handled all issues promptly and professionally.

we were somewhat disappointed in that the cleaning lady and gardener would come in unannounced without even ringing the door bell.
