This is a very chic and modern designed villa with stunning views of Saint Barthelemy. From every room of the house, you only see the sea. Stunning variations of blue, green in the morning and a glowing sky in the evening that is the spectacle that awaits you here, enhanced by the breathtaking view of blows on the island of St Barthelemy.

The Crystal Villa overlooks two quiet beaches, including the Guana Bay and its small beach restaurant. Both beaches are within approx. 5 min and the town of Phillipsburg is also nearby for your shopping of all kinds. The villa and terrace occupy 340m2 of solid feet incl...uding the infinity pool with sun beds overlooking the ocean. The house is composed entirely of Italian designer furniture Veneran which are made of carefully chosen materials. The huge terrace overlooking the pool consists of an open kitchen and the covered dining room, ideal for entertaining friends or even a reception. The villa is surrounded by a transparent crystal glass barrier so nothing will interfere with the extraordinary view of the place.

The 3 bedrooms are spacious and tastefully decorated and open to a breathtaking view over the ocean. They all have their private bathrooms, beds "Queen" size for the rooms and a King for the Master, as well as storage closets and direct access to the terrace and pool. Each room has a separate entrance to avoid disturbing those who need rest. The living room is exquisitely decorated with sanded granite floors, the walls are colored with a warm touch of "fuchsia".

The kitchen with granite worktops is fully equipped and furnished with German brand appliances and opens directly onto the covered dining room for up to 8 people with a small bar overlooking the terrace and pool. The wall decor of the villas driveway is very tasteful decorated with natural stone and can accommodate three vehicle.
