Villa is absolutely perfect inside and out. The new owners did a magnificent job renovating. We have been renting on St Martin for years, we staid at different places, Villa Arcadia is one of the best. Can't wait to go back and stay longer !

Overall it was a great place to stay, Maid was great, very friendly. Nice view, well kept home. Only negative is the cabel TV only had a few channels so could not watch play off games, and pool rafts to float on would be nice

Arcadia Villa is a nice house with 3 bedrooms, 2 of which have ensuite bathrooms. The open main room and outside dining table give the place a bright, airy feeling. Nice pool, but the water was too cold to swim in, unfortunately. Helpful staff during the booking process. We appreciate having the person who brought us from the airport to the house of Christmas evening, when we landed. However, she did not seem very familiar with the workings of the house, security system, etc. The cleaning lady was very nice and thorough. Overall, we had a very good experience here. You definitely need a car to get around because the house is somewhat close to everything (the island is not that big), but you need a car to get there. We also had access the to self contained apartment below the house that was going to act as a 4th bedroom, but it's musty and dank down there and no one wanted to venture in, much less stay there.
