All prices are inclusive of the booking fee. The "Min. Per Night" prices quoted are based on the weekly rental price, they are not applicable for short breaks. See our short break policy or ask for further details.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

Having just returned from a lovely sunny week in Cornwall with my partner, we felt we should write this review to say how lovely Wheal Rose Cottage was. Met on arrival by Mr Farmer, who kindly pointed out local amenities and had left the basics for a welcoming drink.
A modern, spacious, open plan layout with everything you could need including lovely underfloor heating, which was nice to come back to after chilly, cliff walks.
Ideally located for accessing all Cornwall has to offer but enough away from the busy towns to be a peaceful retreat with stunning views over the countryside.
Would return again at a later date, preferably in the summer months to make the most of Cornwall's beautiful beaches.

Great location for a peaceful break or holiday, but with all the best resorts and locations within easy reach. The accommodation is spacious, has everything you need, and is fitted out to a very high standard.
Other reviews have described this cottage as a "home from home" and they are 100% correct, the hosts are welcoming, the location is great, everything is high quality, and it is one of the very best cottages we have stayed in. -

Excelent value for monies - this has to be one of he best cottages we have stayed at.
Location is excellent, 5 mins from main road but far enough down country lane to never get any noise or cars driving past.
Do not think the owner could have done more for us.
Thanks for excellent stay - have been again this year as it was soooooo good! -

The service we recieved was absolutley brilliant, the owners were very nice and polite, they made us feel very welcome.
The cottage was amazing, so clean,luxurious and cosy,had everything you could possibly need, my kids loved the big garden and the surrounding fields.
The location was fine, not too far from from the local shops and the town centre/beach, we liked the way the cottage was hidden from everyone.
Overall, the holiday was FANTASTIC!! There was nothing we didn't like, we had the best time ever and we will definatley be back very soon. -

immaculate home in a quiet location with lovely country side views but within 5 miles of a beach and plenty for all the family to do. the hosts are a lovely couple who couldn't be more helpful
