This unit is located in the heart of St. Pete Beach directly on the Gulf beaches. There a partial gulf view from the balcony off the living room. This unit is updated with all the amenities of home, such as large flat screen TV and DVD player, in-unit washer and dryer, linens, plus lots of onsite amenities. New bathroom vanities, kitchen cabinets/countertops, and tiled floor ensure a clean and well maintained living space. Master Bedroom has a brand new king size mattress and bedroom set. The den offers extra sleeping space with a trundle bed (two twin size beds). Also, the living room has a sleeper sofa.

We loved being right on the beach. We could get up in the morning and within a few steps be walking on the beach. We have stayed in this area many times and enjoy all the local restaurants and bars right along the beach. The condo itself was very nice. Plenty of room for five to six adults. Enjoyed the deck which we used extensively with doors from both the living area and master bedroom. Could go out there in the mornings without waking up some of the rest of the family. Very close to a grocery store. Even though we had a rental car we walked quite often. The property was very clean and well maintained. We would stay there again.

We spent a week in 409 at Vistas on the Gulf. The condo was very clean and the facilty was excellent. The beach is footsteps away. The beach was not crowded and very relaxing. Tt is a short walk to all conviences. I plan on returning.

It was a very nicely furnished condo and had most everything we needed. Parking was fine too. Beach access was easy, and condo was on a lovely stretch of beach with plenty of rental chairs. The only downside was the traffic noise. It was so loud at night I thought the patio doors were open, but they weren't. Maybe some insulation of doors would help.

This beach is fantastic, not to crowdy and perfect for our three kids. They loved the heated pool too with the beach view. Great location. Secure environment. The condo is beautiful and full equipped but a little close to the boulevard (if you want to be near the Gulf...you have to be next to Gulf boulevard...) Great week...will certainly come back if I have the chance. Highly recommended.

Our stay at Vistas on the Gulf #409 was awesome! The condo is right on the beach and we were able to walk to many places to eat and shop. Usually when you see pictures online they are not accurate, this is not the case here. The pictures are exactly what you see. The condo is very new and well decorated and had everything that you would need. It was very quiet as well if you're into a nice relaxing vacation, but also a close walk to some night life if you're into that. I would suggest this rental to everyone!! We would love to come back and stay again. Kelly was very nice and helpful with everything that we needed.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The unit is very tastefully decorated & the location was perfect The only thing I would have changed is replacing the trundle bed for two single beds in the spare bedroom. Kelly was a super efficient person & was always so pleasant & helpful. I would definitely return to this condo
