DEPOSIT:A deposit of $200 for 2 weeks or less and $400 for 3 weeks or longer must be received within 10 days of making reservation or reservation will be cancelled. Major credit cards accepted Visa/MC/Discover/American Express. Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. Cleaning fees and taxes will be added to rental rates. Security Deposit insurance which will cover $1500.00 worth of damage is mandatory for all reservations made with a charge of $45.00 non-refundable flat fee.
CANCELLATIONS:30-day cancellation notice is required. Cancellations 30 days or more 20% of deposit are non-refundable. Cancellations less than 30 days full amount of deposit is non-refundable. Security Deposit insurance which will cover $1500.00 worth of damage is mandatory for all reservations made with a charge of $45.00 flat fee.
CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT: Check-in is 3:00 p.m. If arriving after 5:00 p.m., contact us at least one week prior to arrival to arrange for a late check-in. Check-out time is before 10:00 a.m. $50.00 late check out fee.

This condo at the Caprice is in a great location on St.Pete Beach with easy access to restaurants and shops. It looks like the photo's the owner posted and we found it clean and well supplied for a beach vacation. We have spent at least part of our vacation season in St. Pete Beach for the past 20 years and find this accommodation a good value. We will stay here again.

We only stayed for 2 nights, but would not hesitate to rent here again. The location on St. Pete Beach was perfect. Even though there was temporary beach dredging going on in front of the condo this did not ruin our stay. The access to the beach was very convenient and there were less people and more room at this end, away from the larger hotels. The accomodations were just as pictured. Beautifully updated - everything clean as could be. All the conveniences were there and in working order. We look forward to the next time we can book a visit.
