it was a nice condo our second year to stay there but on both stays we found the unit wasent cleaned to our standards and we cleaned it ourselves. loved the location, the close walk to the beach. but didnt rebook for next year . found the oweners were very nice and listened to our comments to try and make it better. found there wasen,t wasent enough linens and could be better pots and pans there.
but we are booking somewhere next year and are sorry we arent going back there. -

We enjoyed the spacious, modern and clean condo for our family reunion. It was great to be able to connect to the internet inside the condo. We were glad that there was a dvd player too.

WE STAYED IN THE BEDROOM OF THE BATHROOM , I FOUND THE UNIT DIRTY AND UNDER THE BED WAS NEVER CLEANED, IT WAS A PACIFIER UNDER THE BED, VERY DUSTY, I HAD TO CLEAN THE BATHROOM AND KITCHEN, THE POOL WAS VERY DIRTY, WE STAYED AT THE UNIT BELOW, AND THAT WAS NICE, THE CLEANER FOR OUR UNIT, NEVER DID HER JOB

After searching the files, there was never a call from these people about this and when we called the unit to make sure all was ok, everything was fine. Of course it should not happen, but all it takes is a phone call to rectify the situation

WE LOVED THE CONDO, THERE WERE FIVE OF US AND WE HAD PLENTY OF ROOM DIDN,T FEEL CROWDED AT ALL.THE LOCATION WAS PERFECT EVERYTHING YOU NEED IS IN WALKING DISTANCE.AND ONLY A FIVE MINUTE WALK TO THE BEACH. WATERFRONT RENTALS WERE VERY VERY PROFESSIONAL WE EVEN GOT A EARLY CHECK IN.WE LOVED IT SO MUCH WE ARE BOOKING #20 FOR NEXT YEAR.THIS CONDO IS VERY BEAUTIFULY DECORATED WITH LEATHER FURNITURE WE WERE VERY IMPRESSED.WOULD RECOMMEND IT TO MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY ANTY TIME.

The Waves Unit 20 is very nice - very roomy and nicely decorated. The living area and dining area are open and connected and were very nice to use during the day. Furniture was very comfy and made you feel at home! Everything was nice and clean and very up to date. Wonderful!

My family was very happy spending the week of New Years at you Condo Rental. Everything was great" except the pool didn't get hot till the day we left". The property was clean and well kept. Close to all the beaches. St.Petersburg , Treasure Island, Maderia and Upham beach.

I would definately recommend Waves 20. This unit is a perfect compliment to ensure a great vacation. It is very clean, well maintained and has all the ammenities you would need for a home away from home. The pool is great and the beach is within walking distance! I am so thankful that this unit was recommended to me. Already looking into booking it for next year!!!
