We booked the condo for 3 days during our spring break back in January. The property was nice and close to the beach, unfortunately it was too cold outside to enjoy the beach but we still had a nice time. It was reasonably priced, clean, and within walking distance of most restaurants.

Unit 17 needs a new mattress and box spring along with new pillows. The main TV is analog and it cuts off the edges of the picture, needs replacing. Most other units offer Bright House telephone service with free calling, this one doesn't. Otherwise very satisfied.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay in the condo rental. The pool was lovely to relax by, the unit was clean. We enjoyed being able to walk to local restaurants, and appreciated local restaurant menus left in the brochure. We recommend Verducci's Italian and Beverly's breakfast. We will stay again next year.

Unfortunately at the last minute we had a medical emergency in the family that delayed our trip and what had originally been scheduled as a 3 night stay ended up being just 1 night. I understood the insurance policy when I rented the unit but didn’t take the insurance so we paid full 3 night price for a 1 night stay making it a very expensive unit for us rent.
Since we were considering buying a unit in the area it was ok to experience that from a customer perspective and it did give us a new perspective on that portion of the process.
Overall the unit was ok. I have seen and been in much worse after renting in the Sun Coast region for the past 25 years. One item that I did find a little shabby was the fact that there were paper towels stuck around a pipe that went through the wall to act as a filler, I supposed to help hold the pipe in place.Response from Waterfront Vacation Rentals - 10/18/2012

Well maintained accommodations. Equipped with everything you would have in your own home, from dishes to a washer and dryer. Three minute walk to the beach and one minute to Gulf Boulevard and all it's amenities. A quiet place to relax by the pool or take a short stroll to the many sea side bars for a drink, snack and the sounds of the local music scene. A short drive in any direction for great restaurants and entertainment. Overall a great location/vacation and a great place to look forward to.

We have stayed in this unit before and found everything to be satisfactory other than a few light bulbs being out which was solved by a quick trip to the local dollar store. Also the toilet was running and my husband replaced the flapper rather than calling in a repair crew. Waterfront Realty was a pleasure to deal with as usual and the Waves is a great location within walking distance of restaurants, bars, the beach , grocery and drug stores yet secluded and quiet.

I would like to start off saying there were many of us from Canada staying at your rental property for a family wedding in St. Pete's. Although I can not speak for everyone that stayed there I can say myself and my spouse were impressed with the whole set up of your rental. There were only a couple of things that we feel need your attention. The pool was very cloudy the whole time we were there, it appeared to have had possible chemical imbalances. We would have liked to have seen patio chairs outside our unit. Overall I would highly recommend staying on this property.

I feel the linens could definitely be upgraded in the unit. Strings hanging off towels and sheets had holes...not acceptable. Alot of smokers and containers could have been emptied more often.

We enjoyed our time at this condo-great location, some problem with pool for a few days but otherwise good complex layout and liked the in-suite laundry feature. Weren't notified that pest control crew would come into our unit without prior consent. Overall though it was very pleasant. We would like to return to this unit again.

#17 Was great. It had everything in the Condo. The furniture was beautiful and comfortable. We can tell that waves keeps up with the property in general. In our stay, the pool guy was out twice, the condo area was re-mulched, and the outside cleaning people were there every other day. This is a very clean well taken care of Condo community. I personally plan on staying at waves 17 again, but if its not available, I will be at waves period.

Overall we had a great vacation. had a couple of days where the pool was cloudy and forming algae so we called the property manager and the pool guy came right out and corrected it. We also had an issue with the toilet fill valve but this was corrected as well. We have stayerd at this property a number of times and always enjoy it. The neighborhood is safe and within walking distance of many bars and restaurants. Our week was very relaxing anf much needed, especially after our cold winter and rainy Spring in the Northeast.

great location but only 1 deck chair for beach and very often constant change over of residents it was hard to get bed at pool the entrance gate constantly bangs all day also pool gate both need maintenance. Feb is probably a better time to stay in this complex when it is not so busy.

June 2011 Owner updated kitchen inventory with additional pots, pans, utensils, silverware, wine glasses, pillow, entry mat & living area rug. Due to the small size of the living room area, there just isn't room for a coffee table. Beach items change all the time, depending on what people leave behind.

It was our first time staying at the Waves,we never saw no manager, only insturctions by e-mail before we was a lovily condo,I found everything clean except the bathroom , could be cleaner. I found dirt around the sink just like if someone threw up, slpashed around, I cleaned it up.Other than that it was clean. We would like to stay there next fall again again, will be in touch about that later.
One thing I would like to see there is a new frying pan and pot,our pan was a disgrace, all marks and we had no small pot. Thanks -

Most disappointed in this unit compared to other three in the Waves that we have stayed in. None of the furniture matched; window shades didn't work; towel racks & toilet paper holder coming loose from the wall; and shower liner had mildew.
