Description

This is one of the newest luxury condominium located directly on St. Pete Beach. It has a spectacular view of the Gulf from the third floor, Unit 304. You can enjoy watching the dolphins, boats, and sunsets from the double balcony off the living room and master bedroom. It is approximately 750 sq ft plus the large balcony. This includes 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths, a fully-equipped kitchen, WASHER and DRYER, dining room, and living room. We recently re-decorated the 2nd bedroom to have 2 NEW TWIN GEL-INFUSED MEMORY FOAM mattresses and flat screen tv. We also have a master bedroom with a high quality KING TEMPURPEDIC MEMORY FOAM mattress. Several guests have requested to purchase the same mattress for their home after sleeping on it. We just put in a 50 inch FLAT SCREEN PLASMA SAMSUNG tv in the living room. We also have BRAND NEW MASTER BEDROOM FURNITURE and a living room dresser for the 50 inch flat screen tv. We have a NEW SLEEPER sofa in living room with a 5 inch MEMORY FOAM mattress. A brand new Air Conditioner was installed in December 2020! A floor plan can be emailed to you upon request.
