Located near Speightstown, St. Peter on the oceanfront, this enchanting cottage is part of the Leamington Estate. With a private entrance and separate driveway, this one bedroom cottage features a large sitting/dining area which opens on two sides to a spacious uncovered terrace with great sea views. The cottage may be rented separately or together with the 4 bedroom, exclusive Leamington Pavilion next door. There is a reef in front of Leamington Cottage and a sandy beach a few minutes walk either north or south of the property. The Cobblers Cove beach is a 5 minute walk north of the Cottage.</p>

Leamington Cottage is Paradise. A beautiful tranquil Setting with peaceful waves, awesome sunsets beyond belief and an ambience like no other. The keeper of Leamington Cottage will make your stay even greater. She is a god send - very caring and compassionate and lovely! We also loved the rooms and the way that the living room opened into the garden. We really enjoyed the garden overlooking the sea. Barbados and Leamington Cottage, and are a combination thats hard to match! We will be back.\"
