Stereo system, Bose Wave radios, CD players & library with over 100 albums. WiFi too! New leather furniture in December 2010 including sleeper sofa, this condo will accommodate up to 6 with a queen size bed in the master bedroom and twin beds in the guest bedroom. 14 night rental minimum

I purposely did not respond to your survey, because I did not wish to highlight this particular unit for selfish reasons. Upon second request, I had to respond out of respect for all that Waterfront has done for us. Linda and Vronda know how we feel about Waterfront and the unit we have rented for 11 straight years. I hope you don't think we're ungrateful.

This is our 5th year in this condo and it just keeps getting better. The refurbishment carried out by Tim and Mary Lou is superb. We particularly love the new kitchen. The location is second to none and the weather this October was awesome (we were there before Hurricane Sandy!). We have already booked for next October and can't wait to go back. Thank you Tim, Mary Lou and everyone at Waterfront!

Our first stay at Isla Del Sol was in 1981. For the past many years we have stayed in the same unit at Bahia Del Mar Circle and we have nothing but wonderful and very positive thoughts about our now annual experience. Its what gets us through the winters here in Newfoundland. The personnel with whom we relate at Waterfront are very welcoming and very much on top of their game.

Our condo is the best! New remodeling improvements were very welcome. Tim and Mary Lou (sp?) take great pride in keeping their condo fresh and up-to-date. Bridge work aside, we'll be back.

This condo, which has always been spotlessly clean and up to date, was recently upgraded with new kitchen, baths and tile flooring. With its beautiful view over the water it is one fabulous place to stay.

We had a fabulous time. The accommodations were wonderful. The cleaning wasn't up to the same standard as it was previously....especially the tile flooring. There was dirt in the corners in the kitchen and also in the bathrooms.

We have rented this apartment for 4 years now and each year it just gets better! The new tiled floor and leather sofa's in the living room and the new bedroom carpets have made a brilliant apartment even better. The location of the apartment is excellent and it has everything you could wish for during your stay. We will be back again next year!

The Isla location is superb....can't imagine staying anywhere else. The community is so funky and old Florida. Love that there isn't a strip mall in sight.
