We stayed 8 days here. The place was clean, had all the comforts of home, and the proprietor was on site and available if needed.
It was also very accessible to all routes to travel around the immediate area and beyond.
I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a cozy comfortable stay in this area.
I will be back.

My wife and I found the perfect place. It was cozy, private, clean, and safe! The property manager, Dave was very polite and accommodating! The stay was exactly what we needed! Our vacation experience exceeded our expectations because of the great stay we had at this cozy flat in St. Pete. We will definitely come back when we're in town again! Thanks again Dave!

This was a great relaxing time it is every thing Dave says it is and more, its very private and close to the beach's, stores and treasure island, This is far better than any hotel or motel all you need is some personal things it has all you need you could just stay there and do nothing if you choose, Dave goes out of his way to make it as easy and comfortable as possible, and you never see him unless you contact him. I highly recommend this place its very clean its truly a gem right out of treasure island! I will return here many times in the future. The pool is awesome you can spend the whole day by it and cook on the grill in the outside kitchen\bar area, its land scaped beautifully I could go on and on but its better for you to see for yourself you will not be disappointed.

I stayed here for a weekend with my infant daughter. Dave made sure a playpen was available for me, and checked in on us later on our first day in to make sure that we had everything we needed. He was an excellent host who made sure we had the privacy and comfort we needed over a stressful time. (I was in town for a funeral.) The apartment was exactly what we needed -- a home away from home. Next time I'm in town to visit family, I'd definitely seek out staying here again. Thanks, Dave!

My husband and I were so pleased with this property. The apartment is exactly, if not better, than the photos display. The location is excellent - close to grocery stores and nonchain restaurants. The apartment and surrounding grounds were clean and well-maintained. The landlords, Dave and Paul, were very gracious and helpful during our stay. For the price, this is much better value than staying in a hotel which doesn't come close to having the same privacy, charm and amenities. I will never stay anywhere else on my return trips to this area. Just lovely.
