Centrally located apartment, in the middle of the "Dostoevsky quarter" 15 minute walk from the Nevsky Prospekt - Not far from a charming shopping area and plenty of lovely putside dining places. This flat has been completely refurbished in 2004 and can offer real European standard at a good price. It is really comfortable for large families, and it may accommodate 2 adults and 3 children. Marata 22 is a good accommodation zone while in St Pete!

We stayed at Marata 12, a different apartment managed by the same company and enjoyed it very much.
The apt is excellently situated just 2 min walk from Nevsky street, from busses and the metro. Some tourist sites can be even reached by foot. The apt is very spacious and our children (6) liked to run about it. It was well equipped with all essentials. The only drawback, a temporary one was that the staircase and the elevator were being redecorated at the time of our stay. Still the elevator was out of operation only once during the whole week.
We highly recommend the company and the apt. and will certainly use its services again. -

Very modern and comfortable apartment. Convenient to the Nevsky Prospect and near the subway. The staff person who welcomed us was very kind and helpful.
