The management was really helpful with everything. My dad arrived early in the morning and I was arriving late in the afternoon - they checked him in at 9am! He was so happy.
The rooms are very clean, the kitchen has all the appliances. We ate in most of the nights, which is good for the budget. We had a supply of clean towels and sheets. The second bathroom is small but useful. Wi-Fi worked perfectly well all the time.
The staff is super friendly and helpful, they answered my emails within 5 minutes and were ready to assist with everything.
It's a great location and our weekly rate was a good value. There were 3 of us: myself, my dad and my brother. We each had our own room and could have some privacy. We spent family time in the kitchen having long dinners. Kitchen was kind of a living room as well. I would highly recommend this place to my friends. -

We were travelling as a group of five friends and stayed in the apartment for four nights. One of the three bedrooms is connected with the kitchen without doors in between, so if you are travelling with a group bigger than four people, some of them will not have too much privacy.
Overall condition of the apartment was very good and clean. The location is excellent and the street was rather quiet.
I would definitely stay here again. I recommend the apartment for a group of up to six friends or e.g. two couples. -

I stayed here with my husband for over two weeks and really enjoyed it. We have been to St. Petersburg a number of times and I know for a fact that finding a clean, modern, well located appartment is not easy. Finding a professional property manager who is able to demonstrate a level of service we are accustomed to in the us is nearly impossible. In this case I will give the Easy Group agency five stars, they are really good and they make the process easy, seamless and enjoyable. The place is ideally located in the heart of the city, you can walk to all major attractions. The windows facing a courtyard, so it is pretty quiet. It is super clean and true to the pictures posted here. We would definitely stay at this place again.

My parents, brother and I went to St Petersburg for 4 night and stayed at one of the apartments on Griboedova 20.
1. Location - great, close to everything in the historic center of the city. Coffee shops and restaurants all around. Less than a block to Nevskiy Prospect, metro station Nevskiy and Gostiniy Dvor.
2. Cost - reasonable, negotiable. At least 2 times cheaper than a 3 or 4 star hotel for a family of 4.
3. Management - friendly and accommodating. I've contacted them over the email from the us, negotiated the price and reserved the place. Nice people, pleasant to deal with.
4. Quality of housing - pretty good by modern standards. 1 bath with a toilet and a separate toilet, too. Sleeps at least 5. Clean linens and towels provided.
5. Cons - the WiFi didn't work due to what turned out to be a damaged modem line outside of the building. Fixing would take more than our stay. This was not a big deal at all as all the coffee shops around or restaurants had free WiFi. -

Ogni volta sempre meglio! vi consiglio l'appartamento kan. Griboedova 35: posizione centralissima, dotato di ogni comfort (wi-fi, tv in ogni camera, lavatrice, micro onde), pulitissimo, nuovissimo.

The apartment is new and clean. Pity the entry and the stairs smelled bad and was very dirty. But is very well situated. And St. Petersburg is one of the most wonderful cities I've seen.

Apartment couldn't be better placed for the sights. Very clean, tidy & modern. The rental company couldn't have been more helpful either, I would unreservedly recommend both the firm & the apartment. The bathroom is spacious & comfortable, the second loo short on kneeroom, my only criticism.

Service was very good,people always helping.Apartment center of the city,new,clean looks very nice but some have minus no living room,no normal TV,no home fone second restroom to small only for kids for adults knee push door,small sink useless.Other wise for this money not bad at all.If I will come back to the city
probably I will work this people.
