Additional notes from owner
40% of total booking must be paid before the the dates you've requested will be reserved for you, until then management will continue to list the condo as "available" and you may lose the opportunity to get the dates you wish. The remaining 60% of the total booking will be required to be paid 30 days before the check-in date. You will be required to sign a standard rental agreement at the time you reserve your dates.
The "Damage/Security Deposit" ($300) is due 20 days before the check-in date and is not refundable if you decide not or are unable to stay on the dates you've reserved.
The cleaning fee is paid upon check-in.

The condo is clean and centrally located in St. Petersburg. The owners are responsive to any questions or concerns verbalized.
It is an excellent value.
We had a wonderful time.
There is a local representative of the owners that is available for any problems that might arise. -

I spent a week at this condo with friends. It has many great ammenaties. Pool was awesome, sunset on the bay was incredible! Ocean only minutes away! Condo is very clean, comfortable and nicely decorated! I would highly recommend this to everyone!! Loved it!!
