Pristine one bedroom/one bath condo in a Key West style Gated community. Newly renovated, all new furniture including sofa bed and all the necessary linens, pots and pans, dishes, etc are on site for a wonderful Florida vacation. We love staying here and leave our boat right off the patio. Boat slips are also occassionally available for rent.
Thirty minutes from Tampa (TPA) Airport.
Minutes from downtown St Pete and some of the Gulf's award winning beaches.
Forty golf courses within twenty miles.
Fish out your back door or from the pier.

We stayed in this unit nearly 3 months in between selling our home and getting in to the new one. The unit is a great one bedroom with all the amenities needed. Well furnished and provisioned, newly renovated and convenient to everything in the Tampa Bay area - including both airports and the beaches. Comfortable, quiet location. The owner was great too. He worked with us through several extensions of our stay, and is always willing to address any issues but completely unobtrusive at the same time. Highly reccommend.

Loved everything about this rental. The grounds are beautiful if you like boating or fishing this is the right rental for you. The condo is totally updated and equipped with everything you need for your stay. Close to the beaches and downtown area. We had two little problems when we were there, and within minutes they were both taken care of. A very peaceful and quiet area a perfect spot.
