Enjoy breathtaking sunsets from this lovely renovated condo on Tampa Bay. Living room door is only ten feet from Tampa Bay. Gated community with 2 heated swimming pools, spa, extensive fitness center, fishing pier, yacht club bar, tennis, billiards, etc. Waterside at Coquina Key is only 2 miles from historic St. Petersburg. The Homeowners Assn. requires a one week minimum stay.
Amenities included new porcelain tile floors with wood upstairs, new solid wood cabinets, light fixtures, appliances, paint, & granite counter tops. Master bedroom has a brand new King bedroom set & 37" HDTV. 2nd bedroom has a Queen bed.

Waterside is a secure 24 hour guarded, gated community right on Tampa Bay. The views are unbelievable. Public boat launch is less than a mile, numerous golf courses nearby. Just a 15 minute drive to the Gulf of Mexico, 10 minutes to watch the Tampa Bay Rays play, 25 minutes from Tampa International Airport. Within 30 minutes is St. Pete Times Forum, Busch Gardens, Florida Aquarium, Salvidor Dali Museum, Lowry Park Zoo

We were warmly greeted by the owners and they were very flexible to our 3-4pm arrival time. They gave us a personal tour of the condo and recommended places to eat and shop. The subdivision is very private and surrounded by a residential area of houses. The condo property entrance has a security guard 24-7, and they have a security guard driving around on the property in golf cart throughout the day and night. The landscape is beautiful, lush, and very well kept. All the luxuries of home are on the property. Wonderful patios, 1 off the living room (with a butterfly umbrella to block sun) overlooking the Tampa Bay, and the other patio is upstairs off the master bed also overlooking the bay. There are 2 bikes at the condo for your personal use. The property has 2 pools, workout room, jacuzzi, and nice size property to enjoy a nice walk. We enjoyed having our coffee & watching the sunrise on the patio (West side of Tampa Bay). Then in the evening we would head to the beach to watch the sun set on the east side of Tampa Bay. Everyday that we went to the pool we were usually the only ones there aside from maybe 5-6 other guests. The condo and the outdoor patios were beautifully decorated. In summary we enjoyed the privacy of home and being able to get out to the beach, shops, and restaurants in St Pete area. Simply the best of both worlds! We will most definately be back again.

Priced right, right next to the pool, very friendly owners and everyone we met, safe we had a great time and would go back in a heart beat.
