The island community of Isla Del Sol consists of 350 acres of beautifully manicured tropical gardens and approximately 3200 households surrounded by the waters of Boca Ciega Bay. Each community has on-site parking and 24 hr. security. The island boasts an 18-hole championship golf course managed by The Isla del Sol Yacht and Country Club, as well as walking and biking trails. The Pinellas Bayway traverses Isla linking the island to The Gulf beaches and the area's local restaurants and unique shops. Also, just a short drive south on the bayway is Fort Desoto State Park, largest park within the Pinellas County Park System. Catch the trolley to Clearwater Beach. Busch Gardens is a short 45 minute drive or visit Walt Disney World, Sea World and Universal Studios all less than 2 hours away. Also, make a point to visit downtown St. Petersburg during your stay.
