Isla is just minutes from the warm, turquoise waters of the Gulf of Mexico, Fort Desoto State Park and Fort Desoto’s North Beach (voted one of America’s top beaches).

This comfortable unit is located on the island community of Isla Del Sol. Isla del Sol is a tropical barrier island nestled between the southernmost tip of St. Petersburg and St. Pete Beach. A truly tropical setting, Isla Del Sol (Island in the Sun) inspires rest and relaxation. The island consists of 350 acres of beautifully manicured tropical gardens and approximately 3200 households surrounded by the waters of Boca Ciega Bay. The communities on Isla, aptly named for their Spanish architecture, include 6 & 12 floor high-rises, 5 floor mid-rise, as well as 2 & 3-story villas. Isla’s communities which include Casa del Mar (House on the Water), La Puerta del Sol (Port of the Sun), Palma del Mar (Palms on the Water), Bahia del Mar (Bayside), Bahia Vista (Bay View) and Vista Verde (View of the Greens) are all of varied character and style. Each community has on-site parking and 24 hr. security. The island boasts an 18-hole championship golf course managed by The Isla del Sol Yacht and Country Club, as well as walking and biking trails. The Pinellas Bayway links the island to the Gulf beaches and the area's local restaurants and unique shops.
