This 1-room apartment is located in down-town St-Petersburg, Sadovaya str., 32/1at the corners of Sadovaya St. and Apraksin Lane. The flat is five minutes walk from the underground stations (Sennaya Square/Sadovaya and Nevsky Avenue/Arcade. Not far off are big department stores (Apraksin Yard and Arcade), many cafes and little restaurants (Kair, Buns, Perfect Cup and others).
After reconstruction and overhaul the apartment has furniture and all essential for comfortable spend for a single person or four people.

I stayed in this apartment together with my family during the week in June 2012.
I am very pleased with the location of the apartment, its cleanliness and hospitality of the staff and owners.
Before our arrival we connected to the owner of the apartment and got clear understanding of prices/conditions, etc. We are very happy to stay in that place as everything was exactly as we were told beforehand. I would recommend apartments of this owner to all my friends that are visiting St. Petersburg.
