We were very pleased with this condo. It felt like home. The only fault I could find was with the mattress on the king size bed....very uncomfortable. The view was to die doesn't get any better than this! If we needed anything or had any small problems, Waterfront was very quick to respond. I can't say enough about all the girls there. They really go above and beyond to accommodate all your needs. Thanks girls!

What you see is exactly what you get.Apart from the stunning views from the balcony with dolphins,pelicans and fish jumping, the facilities are exactly as described.The apartment had many aspects of ownership which we appreciated- it was not the usual soulless empty shell.The bonus came in the excellent facilities of Club Bahia.The only improvement for us would be wireless internet access but this is a minor matter - overall we were delighted and particularly impressed by the very friendly and professional management company-they made it so easy for us every step of the way.Thanks girls!

Lock box NOT locked.Patio door not locked.Clocks were on standard time.Coffee filter and grounds in coffee pot. Nuts,popcorn and pill living room floor. Broken toliet seat in half bath. no paper towels.Five pool passes.Clock radio in master bedroom noisey. One extra toliet paper.

The condo was roomy and very comfortable. The views of the water from the balcony, living room and master bedroom were outstanding. Being so close to the beach was a huge plus. The pool and hot tub area was excellent. The only real negatives of our experience were the rotten egg smell the first few days apparently from the large pond and the occasional noisy pounding from the bridge construction. We hope to return next year.

The condo was very nice in most all areas except one.The holding pond had such terrible stench,we had to keep all windows closed,gave you a headache and it lasted for entire 4 weeks we were there,terrible.

nice place overall, sheets are old and should have more available to change, if you don't want us to use things on the house keep them locked, the 2 mattress on the small bedroom are terrible, you should change them. the internet was a hassle to get connected,
and we didn't have the keys for the gym for a week. we didn't have the correct cleaning information to check out. i hope you really consider this comments -

1. Both patio screen doors were off the track when I arrived. I have also experienced this in past years. I made several attempts to get them back on track but to no avail -- hence the entry of some bugs.
2. Badly torn bath mat in master bathroom needs to be replaced.
Would appreciate hearing back from you on these two items. Thank you. -

This property, unlike 157 was clean and like we remembered the properties in Isla being. We did have a garbage disposal that was not working but it was fixed. I just think that those things should be checked out before it is rented. Other than that it was a very nice unit.

We were very satisfied with the entire experience & the ease in which we were able to rent & enter the property. Being able to communicate by e-mail as well as by phone made our reservation process move quickly & efficiently. I liked receiving the phone call at the residence from the rental agency asking if all was well & if we needed anything. I am hoping that the rental agency will help us document the trip interruption that we experienced by missing out on 3 days, 2 nights of a one week stay, due to snowy weather conditions. The extra expense of the trip insurance policy is only as good as the follow through by everyone involved. We are looking forward to booking the this rental agency again.

The "property's general condition" was more than satisfactory. I gave it 3 stars only because the two sofas in the unit are dreadfully uncomfortable. You can feel the springs/metal supports in both the cushions and armrests. They are also very dirty. It's time to replace both sofas.
4 stars for the "property cleanliness" because even though the unit was in fact spotless, there were several very small pieces of green glass on the carpet (I actually cut myself) as a result of the previously broken liv.room shelving unit's green glass door.
