This was our fourth year staying at this condo and we plan to return in 2014. It is in a great area and close to the things we like to do. The neighborhood is very nice and well kept. Our only concern was the communication set-up. The internet was not available often and the telephone was full of static and hardly useable. Hopefully this will be resolved by our next visit.

The unit an older one, several A/C break downs. The weakest experience form the past 5 years.

The a/c problems were dealt with in a very short period of time both times. This unit has mostly all new furniture and is very nicely decorated. It is a bit smaller than the other units these people have stayed in previously.

This is like a home away from home. It is close to things that we like to do and a very relaxing place when we are not on-the-go. It offers a nice pool and exercise room.

I rented the Lakeside Villa for 30 days...then added another week. Would have added another week if it had been available. I was impressed with the comfortable furniture, the cleanliness, and the location. Great view from the balcony. I will definitely come again if at all possible.

My clients had an excellent stay and said the only recommendations they would make is to upgrade the apeting and living room furniture. The condo was spotlessly cleaned, well equipped, other furniture was beautiful and management was fantastic.

We thoroughly enjoyed our second stay at Lakeside Villa 205. The new living room furniture is a nice addition to a super-clean and well-equipped condo. The grounds are beautiful and very well maintained. The Waterfront Vacation Rentals staff is extremely helpful.

This was our first stay at a Lakeside Villa and we were very satisfied. The rooms are very clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. It has a very well-stocked kitchen: lots of dishes, glasses and cutlery. We enjoyed the large, flat screen TV. The view of the lake is very nice and we got lots of sun in the afternoons. We really appreciated the high-speed internet access which worked very well. There are only stairs(no elevator), to get to the front door which was no problem for us, but could be for some.
