Lovely, modern, cottage on a quiet residential red brick street.
2 bedrooms, separate entrance, with ample parking. Pet friendly optional
We also keep inside unit non smoking.
1 new queen bed new, 1 full bed, also new, 1 twin bed.
Recently remodeled with new ceramic tile throughout, new bedding, new cabinets/kitchen, and new windows. The unit is light and bright. New second sleeping quarters, new queen bed, mirror walk in closet, crown molding, fireplace.
There is a lovely patio with private new grill and tables.

My husband and I were highly satisfied with the lovely accommodations. The apartment was tastefully furnished and immaculate. The location is easily accessible to bike trails, golf course and beach. The owner was very pleasant and helpful. We plan to return for an upcoming trip!

My wife and I enjoyed our trip from Ontario to the cottage near Treasure Island in January. It was so clean with all the amenities of home. We want to thank you for leaving the laptop, having a phone to reach Canada, the 3 bikes to utilize in neighborhood and on the Pinellas trail.
Everything was so close, Caddy's, Outback, Tyrone Mall, Publix, the list goes on, not to mention the fabulous wide beach.

Your place was super clean and well maintained. We enjoyed the wide beach of Treasure Island nearby. The cottage is minutes to everything. We wish we could have stayed longer because St Pete and the Beach area have so much to see and you're in the middle of it all. The cottage is within walking distance to grocery stores, restaurants, etc.
Overall the cottage was just perfect and very comfortable. We appreciate you leaving the laptop with high speed internet there for us. Thanks for helping us with the GPS and the rental car. It was handy even though the roads are numbered for ease.
The bikes in the shed were also a plus. Our family will be back soon, thanks again
