Additional Location Information
Sited on the east coast of Antigua, less than a five minute drive from Long Bay, one of the nicest beaches on the island. Very peaceful and private, ideal for guests who are looking for a 'back to nature' experience rather than night life. During the winter months whale can be seen passing below the house, and the bird life is wonderful. Car rental is essential.

London, EnglandTotal luxury and beauty in the Caribbean
Left on 07/18/2009 for a stay in February 2009
The location is spectacular and the service and security excellent. The home is beautifully crafted with imports from Bali which we adored having loved our holidays in Bali. It gives a very special atmosphere to the usual Caribbean experience. The infinity pool is pure joy and the view beyond is breathtaking. Every detail for comfort and beauty is provided! Very highly recommended.

Left on 07/04/2009 for a stay in January 2009
We had a fantastic holiday at the beautiful Villa Kulala. The property is finished and maintained to a very high standard and had absolutely everything we needed for a really relaxing stay. The coastal location provides stunning sea views, particularly from the master bedroom and the spectacular infinity pool.
Antigua also has a lot to offer - winsurfing and sailing was available a short walk from the house and the golf club was only a short drive away. We also enjoyed being so close to the great beaches at Half Moon Bay and Long Beach. English Harbour was good fun in the evening too.
We can't say enough about this very special house and are hoping to make another booking soon.

What a fabulous house in a great location! Everyone staying with us loved the way we all had our own beautifully decorated spacious suites which felt so private and we loved the pool with the frog fountains looking out over the bay!The tropical gardens are really lovely especially the Bali courtyard garden where we ate most evenings.... We must say thank you for recommending the fabulous chef! we almost didn't bother to eat out but when we did the owners list of recommended restaurants was perfect.... our favorite was Katherines Cafe by the harbour... we kept going back for more lobster!!! we'll be going back as soon as we can!

London, EnglandTHE place to stay...
Left on 06/30/2009 for a stay in November 2008
We stayed at Kulala towards the end of last year and had an absolutely
brilliant time. I stayed with my girlfriend and 3 other couples and it has to
be the best holiday I've ever had with friends. The setting couldn't be more
perfect and the views over the water are stunning. The villa itself has been
designed really well with all 4 bedrooms having their own space so you all
feel like you have your own private space when you want it.
The social space in the middle of the house works brilliantly as well,
especially for people that plan to cook themselves. The kitchen overlooks
the eating area and games room so the chef(s) don't feel isolated and we
ended up all congregating in this area most evenings.
We spent most of our holiday at the villa but when we did venture out, we
were really impressed by the local beach at Long Bay, and the rum cocktails!
I would definitely recommend Kulala to groups of friends that want to go
somewhere special, it has everything you need to make it a really
memorable holiday. -

Oxford, UKStaying at Dian Bay Villa guarantees you relaxation and tranquil
Left on 06/30/2009 for a stay in November 2008
This is a truly exotic and unique villa. It is located in an idyllic spot overlooking a headland with a beautiful view. We loved watching the sunrise and at night there is nowhere more reomatic than to linger over dinner or sit by the pool watching the stars, listening to the sea and just relaxing! The villa is extremely comfortable and beautifully furnished, we felt very much as though we were in a home rather than a rented villa. The villa is designed in an Indonesian style and each of the four bedrooms and the sitting room have Balinese furniture, giving a really relaxed Indonesian feel to the villa - sometimes you feel you could actually be in the Far East! One of the differences is the breeze - often lacking from the Far East but on the headland where Dian Villa is, there is always a good breeze which prevents it from getting too hot.
We enjoyed the infinity swimming pool - good for early morning dips and the well kept garden leads down to the sea where you can snorkel, and where my husband spent many an hour searching for different fish! It is very secluded and you don't see anyone else there which is nice.
If you want a local sandy beach there is one, Long Bay, about a 5 minute drive away which has good swimming and where there is a restaurant and snack bar and where you can eat quite well and drink rum cocktails.
You need a car but everywhere is within 20 mins or half an hour so you can get to all the beaches - into St Johns or to the supermarkets very quickly.
I would certainly recommend Dian Villa - it is very relaxing - a really peaceful haven. It doesn't get too hot as it always has a breeze; it is very comfortable, has broadband if you need to check emails (!) and is an excellent place to really unwind. -

If you've ever dreamed of staying in paradise, Villa Kulala is the place for you. Located in a spot that gets a constant mild breeze, you'll never be too hot. The house itself is Balinese in style. The bedrooms are large and very spacious with romantic, four-poster, canopy beds with mosquito netting and ceiling fans that are reminiscent of an old movie--except everything is extremely modern and in tip-top shape. The well-equipped kitchen, outdoor dining area, and living room are made for entertaining or just relaxing.
The grounds are beautifully kept and sitting by the infinity pool at sunset watching the birds on the inlet was one of the highlights of my stay. The Balinese day-bed near the pool was my favorite spot for reading and napping after lunch. And then there are the stars! Villa Kulala, although close to a lovely swimming beach and civilization, is in a spot that allows you to see the Milky Way in all its glory. If you are a star-gazer you will LOVE this villa. I highly recommend it!

St AlbansAntiguan Delight in Dian Bay
Left on 06/16/2009 for a stay in January 2009
I can honestly say this is the most fantastic place I have ever stayed. The villa
is impeccably designed in a Balinese style with incredible attention to detail,
which I instantly fell in love with and would have been quite happy to stay
there indefinitely! The infinity pool is one of the best features of this villa and I
spent many a time in the pool just overlooking the sea and taking in the
incredible view. This really is a luxurious villa in a fantastic location - great for
groups of friends or families. Long Bay, the nearest beach is idyllic and perfect
for children because of the clear shallow sea and white sand. It was also
perfect for me as it provided a very romantic setting for my now fiance to get
down on one knee....
