We spent a beautiful week at Villa Capitou during October. The weather was well behaved for most of the week and we even went in the pool. The house has everything you need for a week in France - the owners have great taste, with decorations from their travels, and you feel like you are staying in the house of friends. The pre arrival pack was informative and had everything we needed, the neighbours were on hand, but not intrusive, the telly, books and desk were great for our rainy day, and the owners were on the end of a text for any questions.
The gardens and outdoor space was lovely, beautiful herbs and fruit in the garden, including a pomegranate tree. The house is on the side of a hill, which is great for the view, but wouldn't be good if you had bad knees or mobility issues and you have to keep a close eye on toddlers in case they tumble off the edge of the garden :)
Would highly recommend if you want a nice week in the South of France, that is driveable to days out, or for lying by the pool in the summer.

Dear Valerie & John,
we are just enjoying the last evening on the terrace of your "Villa Capitou" and would like to thank you for offering us the possibility to spend two great weeks in your house.
We have never had a vacation home before which has been so well equipped and so well-thought-out. We did not miss anything, but found a lovely house at a great location with a perfect view !
Also a big thank you to Nathalie who perfectly prepared everything - she is a lovely person who gave us the feeling of being a "real" neighbour and not just a tourist !
This place is definetely on our "we have to come back list".

For our small family of 2 adults and 2 children under 2 years it was perfect.
The property was very well kept and very clean.
Kitchen had all amenities needed.
A/C in the bedrooms and living area was perfect for 2 warm babies from the cold north.
Service from owners was great.
We would easily recommend this villa to friends and family

A warm Provencal welcome awaited us at check-in. The house, pool and garden were spotlessly clean and provided an exceptional view of the surrounding area. Very well appointed, clean and well maintained property. The house has a very cosy and relaxing feel about it - a real comfortable home - and the garden is lovely. The place is well located near Cannes and St Tropez and there are many beaches to choose from all within a short drive. Great for a relaxing holiday combining lounging by the pool and visiting Cote d'Azur.
