St Tropez is perhaps the most famous beach resort in the world after Brigitte Bardot arrived in 1956. Since then St Tropez has become synonymous with its celebrity lifestyle and Mediterranean chicness. It certainly is an appealing place; a little fishing village on the southern shores of the Golfe de St Tropez. The Vieux Port with the old town rising above the eastern quay is where you get the classic St Tropez experience.
The village has a huge choice of shops, cafes, restaurants, picturesque squares, winding streets and beautiful architecture to admire. Lively nightlife clubs and cultural events. Several beaches to choose from.
Just outside St Tropez is Port Grimaud, a charming Provencal town built in the 1960s and based on the layout of Venice; brightly coloured houses stand and float on private lagoons and waterways. Facing St Tropez across the gulf is Ste Maxime, a pretty and traditional Riviera town with long promenade and palm trees. Delightful stretches of Mediterranean beaches with all water sports. No better way to spend an evening than to choose one of the restaurants or bars on the waterside and just watch the boats and the lights out on the bay.
Nearby St Raphael and Cannes have beautiful beaches, waterfront restaurants, resort activities, harbours, boat trips to St Tropez, gambling casino and night market. Towards Nice, visit Antibes and Juan les Pins, the choice of many celebrities, amazing nightlife with many clubs, bars and restaurants.
Grasse the perfume capital of the world is 30 mins from the house. A spectacular old village with winding streets and stunning views. Excellent restaurants and cafes. Visit a parfumerie, see the rose petals being transformed into perfume.
St Paul de Vence, Biot, Eze and many other traditional villages where you can rub shoulders with celebrities in the stylish boutiques and understated restaurants.Read more

A warm Provencal welcome awaited us at check-in. The house, pool and garden were spotlessly clean and provided an exceptional view of the surrounding area. The house was well stocked with provisions and equipment. It is an ideal base to explore the many attractions in the area or to relax by the pool, taking in the sun, the sounds from the adjacent zoological park and the view

Very well appointed, clean and well maintained property. The house has a very cosy and relaxing feel about it - a real comfortable home - and the garden is lovely. The place is well located near Cannes and St Tropez and there are many beaches to choose from all within a short drive. Great for a relaxing holiday combining lounging by the pool and visiting Cote d'Azur.
