The Waterfront at Golden Isles Marina is a beautiful luxury condominium with breathtaking views of the Intracoastal Waterway and St. Simons Island (Morningstar) Marina. This 3 bedroom, 3 bath single level residence with a large balcony is located at the east end of Torras Causeway, adjoins the Marina, and is convenient to all island and mainland amenities.
This apartment is recently furnished and each bedroom has its own bathroom. There are hardwood and tile floors throughout with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances in the fully equipped kitchen. A laundry room has a front-loading washer and dryer.

We are so glad we found this condo rental. It is only a few years old and has all the amenities we could possibly want. Not only 3 bedrooms, but also 3 baths. Beautiful modern kitchen. And a lanai with a great view of the marsh, marina, and intracoastal waterway. We were here two weeks, and we would certainly consider returning next year. The place was spotlessly clean, and the local contact was just terrific. The location is 15 minutes from the Golden Isles airport (the perfect connector to the area) and Jekyl Island. It is less than 5 minutes from all the activity on St. Simons, but is much quieter than staying right in the town/pier area. Building has an elevator. Everything about the rental contact was very smooth. Since we are just back a few days, we have not received our security deposit, but would be very surprised if that is any problem.

My husband and I rented this unit for a week in July and brought along our 9 month old son and my parents. The unit was very spacious, clean and luxurious. We used the balcony every night to sit back and enjoy a glass of wine while enjoying the view of the marina. All the amenities in the condo were excellent and felt like we were "home" as opposed to in a "rental". We used the pool everyday, which was clean and hardly ever crowded. The neighbors were friendly and the complex was very quiet. The complex is also conveniently located next to Morningstar Marina where charters and boat rentals are available. We really had a wonderfully relaxing week and we hope to stay again soon!

My husband and I stayed here in July for our 18th wedding anniversary. The condo was so beautiful and the view was spectacular! Also, a short distance to the Pier,Lighthouse, great restaurants and shopping! Very relaxing and much needed. :)

We have visited St Simons before, but never stayed on the water. What a treat to be able to wake up to a rising sun, coffee on the porch, watching the boats leaving the docks for a day of fishing. The views across the waterway to Jekyll Island are spectacular and give a peaceful time of relaxing while reading or visiting.
This unit is delightedly furnished and has all the needed items for dinning in during our stay. The covered parking and elevator made access very convenient. St Simons has wonderful shops and many dinning opportunities. Don't miss "Sal's" italian bistro, a great spot with the owner giving you "Special attention". Seafood is abundant and "Georgia Sea Grill" is another favorite. The pool was great, giving a beautiful of the waterway. As you can tell, we loved everything about St Simons and will be returning to this unit next year.
