This Condo is newly renovated. It has 2 bedrooms and 1 and a half baths. It sleeps 5 people, and has 2 reserved parking spots. It has a front patio upstairs, and a larger deck in the back and an all new upper level sun deck. It is a piers walk to the best part of East Beach and walking distance to Crab Trap, Crabdaddy's, King and Prince, and is very close the the village. Its fully furninshed and includes washer and dryer. The location is at the end of olive way, right next to East Beach and the Coast Guard station. No pets allowed!! Please call me with any questions.

We stayed with another couple for a wedding and really enjoyed it. Bonnie was wonderful to work with and checking is was a breeze!
Plenty of space, kitchen with everything you'd need, comfy beds, great seating area and a nice patio and deck. There was even a washer/dryer which would be very helpful on a longer visit. It was a quick walk to an uncrowded beach, and close to the retail/restaurant area.
The one issue was with the bathroom - the ceiling light did not work so it was quite dark, and the tub didn't drain very well. Other than that no complaints! -

This is a great place to stay for friends or a family. It is a pier's walk to the beach and only a block from the bike trail. It is very clean and neatly decorated. Entertainment and great places to eat are neaby.

On our summer vacation we went to Olive Way at St. Simon's Beach. It was wonderful.The place has been newly renovated and looks wonderful. The upstairs has a wonderful deck to relax on and catch a few rays. My family enjoyed the short walk to the beach and to the bike shop.

We went down for a long weekend sight unseen and could not have been more please. This condo is just perfect because it is so close to the beach at the East Beach end where you never have to worry about the tide. There is something for everyone ranging from a romantic getaway to a girls weekend to bringing the whole family. This really did feel like a home away from home from us because of the gorgeous decor and ammenities. It is clean, stylish, reasonably priced. There is a full deck upstairs right off the main living area. Additionally there is a private closed in patio area right off the bedrooms that has a shower just outside to rinse off before coming in from the beach. Now the question is not "will we go back" but it is "when will we go back". Love it
