Description

This Condo is newly renovated. It has 2 bedrooms and 2 and a half baths. It sleeps 5 people, and has 2 reserved parking spots. It has a front patio upstairs, and a larger deck in the back and an all new upper level sun deck. It is a piers walk to the best part of East Beach and walking distance to Crab Trap, Crabdaddy's, King and Prince, and is very close the the village. Its fully furninshed and includes washer and dryer. The location is at the end of olive way, right next to East Beach and the Coast Guard station. No pets allowed!! Please call me with any questions.

Fall/ Winter rates: $135 per night, $700 per week, $1200 per month.

Summer rates: $150 per night, $1000 per week, $2400 per month.

Response from the owner I'm shocked at this review . The bathrooms have two commodes and lavatories and dressing areas separated by a shower /tub .with doors on each side Total privacy . Sorry about the mosquitoes , after a big rain or storm , that occurs . Thd oven is a convection oven that I've cooked a turkey in and pizza , roast , etc . The manual is right by it . I guess she's the responsible party for tearing up the door . I'm sorry to read such a disappointing review , but would not recommend this renter . Plz check on Airbnb where there are 5 star reviews .

Response from the owner I’m horrified that this renter wrote this.The cleaning service informed me of stained chair , not sofa , where renter had put pillow over stain . One can see that this person takes pictures before she stays to bully the owner if she damages the condo during stay to avoid paying damage deposit .All I can do is pray for this vengeful person . Please look at other reviews . For 8 years I’ve never had this happen , and quite frankly feel wronged and slandered .

Response from the owner Mary and husband were a delight . They left the townhouse in great shape and I hope they will return . They had a longer unscheduled layover at Atlanta airport and arrived very late . They were so nice that I wanted to give them an extra day , free gratis, since I had 3 days open before next guests , but couldn’t contact them .
