Security deposit and booking fee are due within 7 days of booking the property in order to confirm the reservation. All fees are payable by cash or check only. Rent may be paid by Visa or MasterCard as well as cash or check. Full rent must be received within 7 days of arrival date. Cleaning fees are only added to rentals of less than 5 nights.
