Cute second floor 2 bedroom/2 full bath condo has been in our family for 10 years. Recently renovated - balcony- walk/bike to village. The Ocean Walk community is meticulously maintained, with a clubhouse, workout facility, playground, pond with fish, turtles and ducks, tennis court and bike racks. The community has two pools, our condo is located near heated pool which also has jacuzzi. Condo has king bed, queen bed and pullout sofa. Enjoy your stay for a weekend, week, month or year! Be our guest!
We have multiple calendars so please be patient while I check them all and get back to you! Great value, great location.

Ocean Walk is a wonderful vacation community within biking/walking distance to the village of Saint Simons. Walk to the village to see what is going on at the Pier, walk by the ocean, go to restaurants, get ice cream, attend a play, visit the lighthouse museum, or just go for a stroll! Large oaks with spanish moss surround the community and give you a sense of history, so come slow down! There are 2 pools within the community and the public beaches with bathrooms dot the coastline in SSI and are a bike ride or very short drive away.
Plenty of parking near unit.

We had a wonderful experience staying at this condo in St. Simons. We go to St. Simons every year, and this was one of the better places we've staying in that was privately owned. Everything was up-to-date and clean. There was a cute little pond right near the condo, and it seemed like a quiet, friendly community. We will definitely be back!

The development is a mix of permanent residents and short-term rentals. The grounds are nice and well kept, but not particularly impressive. The location is convenient to drive anywhere, but too far to walk anywhere unless you just want a long walk. The particular unit is very clean and adequately furnished, but nothing fancy. The deck looks over the parking lot. Bottom line -- nice owner, nice agency, decent place if you are looking to stay on St. Simons at a very reasonable price.

I do have to comment that the walking issue is subjective. My parents, who are also retired, do walk to the village every day when they stay on our property. I also walk to the village (or just walk for exercise) when I stay at the property. Children can walk to the pond (which features many turtles, frogs, ducks) and they can also walk to two pools within the community and the playground. We also bike everywhere. But, we have a very active family.

This condo has the location that brings me close to everything I love on the island. Walking to town is a daily pleasure. The proximity of the pier, shops, restaurants, tour trolley, and bycicle rental are reasons we seldom leave the area. Touring historical sites other than the lighthouse are a short drive away. There could be more outdoor grills because if they are in use it's a wait. The pools and tennis courts are close, and you can see from the condo if the courts are available.
