Description
Welcome to the Centennial Cottage at St. Simons Island Coast Cottages. The Centennial Cottage is located just a few steps from the beach and pools. The Coast Cottages are one of the premier places to stay at St. Simons Island.
The Centennial has spectacular ocean views and plenty of space for your whole family.
Our home is beautifully decorated in Beach Cottage decor. The floors are a beautiful heart of pine.
The cottage sleeps 12 and has 5 bedrooms. 2 king beds with private baths , 1 queen and 2 sets of bunks and the 5th bedroom has a twin over full bunk beds. We even have a pack-n-play for a little one.
The first floor has 3 bedrooms, bedroom 1 has is a master suite with a king and private bath, bedroom 2 has queen bed and bedroom 3 has 2 sets of sturdy bunks which sleeps 4. The bunk room and queen bedroom share a jack-n-jill bath. Also, on the first floor is the washer & dryer.
The kitchen is on the 2nd floor and has white cabinets and granite countertops w/ a breakfast bar. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the comforts of home. Includes a programmable coffee pot, toaster, crock pot, food processor, microwave and double oven. The kitchen opens to the family room which has 12 ft ceilings. The family room has an entertainment center which has surround sound. You can plug in your I-Pod or play your favorite CDs. We have a library of books and videos for your enjoyment. Family room has a 47' flat panel t.v. with free movie and t.v. show screening.
Bedroom 4 is the other Master bedroom which is located on the top floor and has a king size bed and a spectacular view of the ocean. You will not want to miss the sunrise over the Atlantic from the Master bedroom. The master Suite has it's own private balcony. Perfect for a morning cup of coffee or a glass of wine. The third floor has kids entertainment room with flat panel t.v.. The sunroom is also located on the third floor and has a daybed and a great view of the beach & pool. The sunroom is a great place for the kids to hang out with their own t.v. and Playstation.
We have a total of 4 t.v.'s at the Cottage. (family room, sunroom, and both master bedrooms)
The Centennial Cottage has new linens, luxury white towels and high end bedding. We have an outdoor grill that is hooked to natural gas line.
You will love the two fabulous ocean front pools, pavilion and a private beach access.
We are located at the best beach area on St. Simons. We have beach at both high & low tide.
The Coast Cottages is St. Simons Island premier rental community. It has 2 oceanfront pools with a covered pavilion. One of the pools may be heated for an additional $40/day. The Coast Cottages is a picturesque neighborhood with colorful beach homes.
