Great Location ... Step out to it all !! The Village, shops, restaurants, night-life, live music. Stroll around the Village Pier, Lighthouse and Beach at night or day. Once you step across the cobblestone walkway in front of the house you are in the Village / Pier Park, once you park your car in the carport -- you may not need it again until your stay is up. **** Rent the Downstairs unit for $145 per night. The Upstairs rents for $145 per night. We only rent one unit at a time unless it is to the same family or group and you need both units and 2 kitchens, 5 bedrooms, 4 baths, and a lot of space for $290 per night.

Set in the Historic Saint Simons Island District. Can not get any closer than this Historic House that once housed the Island's very first Telephone Exchange back in the early 1900's. This is possibly the oldest house left on the Island. It has been updated and is fresh and nice. The exterior is Oystershell Tabby. A giant ancient LiveOak canopies the house. Once you park in the carport you won't need your car. Step out to everything ... And you don't have to worry about crossing Ocean Blvd with this location.
